Advance Plumbing Heating and AC Service

Avoid! Horrible service and rude staff. I called for an emergency leak first thing in the morning and was told they would come out that day. They said they would call before they came over. When I called in the afternoon to check on an eta they said they were not planning on coming that day, maybe tomorrow. I guess I should have figured that out because they didn’t call? However, given it was an emergency I would have hoped they would have called to say they would not be coming so I could call someone else. When I politely pointed that out to the rude guy on the phone he hung up on me. Just plain old really bad customer service. Don’t use this business unless you want to wait around for them not to show up and then act like you are an idiot for actually expecting them to show.
