I haven’t had much experience with pest control companies but since buying a home I had to keep my termite bind. So I had a coupon in the mall from these guys and have them a ring. My experience from there was delightful.
Katie is the receptionist and she is very helpful and sweet. She will answer any questions you have and shows enthusiasm during the entire call.
I was happy to hear that they do 5 pm appointments, which most pest control companies do not offer. Unfortunately there was a minor scheduling conflict and Will, the technician, ended up calling and apologizing. His professionalism was refreshing and he he answered all of my questions and gave me quotes on the phone. He has been doing Pest control for 21 years and you can tell though his honest and informative answers.
I will definitely be using them every year!

Had Advanced out to do preventative pest control, I had also seen a spider in the garage that I was worried about, the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly about everything and eased my fears about the nasty looking spider… I will definitely call Advanced, and my tech Will again!

Advanced Insect Control rocks. They get customer service and know how to stop mosquitos, termites and other bugs without overdoing the chemicals. I’m pretty sure they’re a small, family-​rum company. The owner and techs are really responsive.
