Long wait, food not prepared properly and bad management. The coke and ice were good but only got one so it wasn’t consistent. There is a cook at this restaurant who is the worst. You can watch him in the kitchen being a horses behind. The next time I go into that store if he is working I will walk out.

This is easily the worst managed restaurant I’ve ever been to – and consistently so. Typical experience: 10 minutes to get drinks, sit for an hour with no refills while your food bakes under the heat lamp with at least a dozen other orders, and the manager tells you your order just came up as you’re walking out the door.

Terrible service. We waited over 25 minutes before someone would take our order. than when we did order they were out of turkey and out of bread the food was awful. Do not eat here I will never go back to this place. It’s not worth even one star on rating.

tHiS location should be thankfuL for technology of cell phns and fresh rolls with butter —to keep customers busy while waiting FoREVER for their silverware, drinks and food order to be taken and eventually delivered! note: the hostess should have busers to keep the dining area clean and tables immediately bused once guests leave. The hostess should also make sure the folks seated have silverware at the table and could take a drink order STAT. The waitress should come with a pen in hand and should take a tables order and place it before taking another and/or all four tables orders. When rolls are brought out … Maybe condiments can also be brought out. A burger without ketchup and mustard mayo is substandard. All parties employed should know the menu… PS loaded potatoes come with Chs bacon sour cream and chives. Drink refills should be a duty of the Manager iF all other help is «slammed». Cooks at this location should be thanked; you’re the only ones seemed to have worked or followed thru at tonight’s dinner. To the waitress: your job isn’t easy… But there’s one simple rule; serve as you’d like to be served. The end.
