Chick-fil-A

I don’t know what it is about this chickfilla but I always have poor service. The staff, seem complacent. Multiple times I’ve gone up to get a drink refilled only to watch as a member of their staff quickly avoids me or makes very quick eye contact and continues on doing whatever they were doing or run into the kitchen.
I understand that it’s mostly teenagers working here, but they need to be a little more selective about thr people they hire.
This location is always very slow.

Since working in SC, I have been 2 this location twice both times using the drive thru. The first time my order was ok but didn’t seem like the fries were fresh and took about 16 minutes to get through it. Today I specifically ordered a #1 with a large drink (cran-​lime lemonade). I got to the window I was handed a small drink bc the cran-​lime lemonade only comes in one size. I told the young lady I asked for a large drink, she took my money handed me my food and receipt and that was it. She didn’t apologize or ask if I wanted a different drink. I paid an extra .60 for large drink, I think I should have gotten a large drink! Then to top it all off once I tasted the fries they were horrible. They tasted freezer burned, there was no salt and I ended up only eating my sandwich.

Kids just love this place so I have to give it a shout out. The staff at this location are on point at all times. Feels like eating at a sit down restaurant. The kids play area seems like chaos because so many kinds love this place – but they don’t mind. Keep it up.

It’s almost impossible for me to describe the love I feel when walk in those glass doors and the intriguing smell of salty waffle fries and frying chicken fills my beckoning nostrils. Chick fil a has never let me down with its delicious food, condiments and sweet tea that leave you full and ready for the day. For breakfast, lunch or dinner this place will satisfy you to your core. (I strongly recommend the number one with a lemonade and the world-​renowned signature chick fil a sauce.

Their apple pay is advertised on the door and did not work with two iPhone. Staff was not friendly and service very slow. Took us nearly 15 minutes to get our small order. I love Chik-​fil-​A but this was the worst one I’ve ever been to. Very unhappy when I left.

A review of every individual Chickfila south of McClellanville to Bluffton would be a repeat outline of the same storyline. And I believe I’ve been to everyone thats not located too far off the beaten path.
Folly Rd’s Chickfila holds top billing for my repeat returns to the second greatest fast food establishment in the country. Second only to In & Out Burger of the left coast, one selling chicken based options, beef options for the other so there us no comparison to be made, therefore CF gets Best in Chicken nationally on my scorecard.
Drive throughs are always busy, but move at a reasonable pace thanks to a conscientious staff of diligent workers both at the window and behind the spotless metallic counters inside.
The condiments bin is always freshly stocked and clean enough to eat off of, yet I do not recommend doing so. I’ll still bet the house on a negative bacterial test score though.
Almost each time inside of any location, I have been greeted by the manager who spends a few moments to have a quick conversation. How was my experience? Comments welcomed. But never delivered in an intrusive way.
The Chickfila wraps, salads and breakfast offerings all are very enjoyable, I’ve had a few of each.
As to breakfast, it took a little getting used eating chicken in any form, frankly it took some moderate effort. The tiny, barrel shaped hash browns could use another few seconds tightening up in the deep fryer in my opinion.
The regular chicken sandwich with waffle cut fries with a vanilla shake us my go to meal. It’s the best! I miss it when I’ve not had one for a while and take a few and I take a bunch home with me on my flights.
It’s gotten to the point that the sandwiches components are seperated for me by the workers to preserve freshness. How awesome is that?

One of the best fast food options around.
The to-​go line is always quick and easy. The food is always hot.
Waffle fries are to die for, and the staff is always very friendly.
They’ll even give you a dog treat if you swing by with your four-​legged friend!

Ok this will be a coleslaw review. They have amazing coleslaw! Sure they have other really good products and the service is really good to, they havent messed up an order yet!

Super friendly! Family friendly! The food is great for a fast food restaurant and if you love chicken this is the place to eat!

Best fast food chicken sandwich around. Try the Cole slaw or carrot salad instead of fries. Always ultra friendly staff.

The food is always perfect, the people are always nice and helpful and friendly and familiar. They move the drive they quickly but efficiently.

Chick-​fil-​A. What else is there to say? It’s always the bees knees. I have never had a bad experience at any location. The only problem is that I always crave it the most on Sundays…

OMG, the owner has done so much for our sailing team that I am very loyal to this location. My entire team feels the same way. All kids seem to love Chick Fil A and our team definitely feels the same and goes to this location all the time. Some go daily. I go often. This evening we went as a team and was very impressed by the service. We have a group of 15+ kids and a few adults and everyone had a great time. Their party platters work great for groups. Unlike any other «fast food» chain I find that Chick Fil A has the best employees. They are nothing but helpful and have great attitudes. Will be back and my team goes all the time. With the good product, service and location this place is a must for anyone on or near James Island!

Hands down the best Chic-​fil-​a evah! Staff is always polite and the food is consistent. If I go thru the drive-​thru with my dog, she gets a milk bone! James Isl is lucky to have you!

Chick-​Fil-​A is a beacon of light in the dark fast food world.
I give this one five stars for having consistently polite employees, clean bathrooms, outdoor seating, and adorable theme nights. I have seen the cow wandering around on like 5 occasions.
And of course, DELICIOUS chicken and waffle fries. Plus all the sauce you could ever want.
ps, if you go up to the counter for a refill, they ask that you «please take off your top.» He he he!
