This morning we waited in line for at least 10 minutes and we were just the 2nd person in line. They had one line open and barely anyone in the drive thru. Finally after I said I have to go to work that another employee stepped up to help. This place is suppose to be quick not slow especially in the morning when it is rush hour. You need to get workers that have a little pep in their step and not standing around doing nothing… the only reason why I go there is the food… Get faster please.

I go there frequently and always buy the same ice coffee. They always know what I want when I pull in… Now if they could only figure out how to make it right!!! It’s not rocket science it’s a flavored iced coffee.

Doesn’t deserve a 1– don’t waste your time. Tried donuts here — stale, no selection. Bought an iced coffee — told me several minutes later machine wasn’t working so had to refund and made me late for my appointment. Good thing I didn’t get stuck in the drive through– sorry location.

I went to this Dunkin Donuts for the first time last Saturday. I arrived at 6 am to get donuts for a group of volunteers. First, I was astounded at how many options Dunkin Donuts has to offer from muffins to bagels to egg on bagel, and of course, donuts! They also have a variety of coffee options. The iced coffee was just right. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. The two ladies working were friendly, and attentive. They also helped me out to the car with my coffee and donuts. I highly recommend this Dunkin Donuts for those seeking a little something(or a lot of something) sweet!

This is a pretty average Dunkin’ Donuts in my opinion which of Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t necessarily all that high and there are some really great ones out there especially the ones that have recently been built but in general it’s OK and this one is just mediocre at doing what they do but I will say that I do like the coffee in the morning although I will absolutely hold out for Krispy Kreme for the donuts

I wrote a review recently and gave this D&D two stars. I’m bumping it up to three stars because there seems to be a change in the way things are run here(I hope). I’ve had several coupons to use up, and I hate to see them go to waste. Other D&D’s are just too far to drive on the way to work and /or are inside a gas station. The young lady at the drive through has been very friendly lately, making eye contact and saying hello with a smile while she takes payment and hands me my order. I haven’t tried ordering any food lately, as that was an issue before, but the service at the drive through with my basic orders has improved and so I’m giving them one extra star simply because of the young lady at the window in the mornings.

The owner George Ross is a living human piece of trash. Does not treat his employees well, under pays, no raises. No one there gets trained, that’s why coffee is always messed up, and long waits. They don’t clean anything. If you saw what their back rooms and equipment looks like you would not want to go there period. I will never give him a single penny again, you shouldn’t either. Get better coffee and service else where!!!

We are on vacation and it was the first place to go for breakfast. The service was slow, and they were out of the sandwich I order so that took even longer. I would say maybe they were short staffed, but it seemed more they didn’t care, not very friend. Sorry for writing a not so good review just want to be honest so it can be fixed for other customers. Thank uou

The cover was good as always. The donuts were tasty, but the service here was the slowest I have ever seen. I watched the lady working the drive through literally take almost a minute to walk the ten feet to the donut case and bring back one donut

Not very good service, doughnuts are ok, and the iced is well made but dont try and get a friendly person to wait on you. Went in and no one acknowledge that I was there for 5 minutes! Yes Im a clock watcher especially when I need to get going. I asked someone for some help and they gave me the look my daughter used to give me. Not a good thing to do. Wont be back the folks on Savannah hwy are so much nicer.

I am quite the fan of Dunkin, as you can see from all my check-ins. However, I feel like every single location in Charleston is just not up to par of what a Dunkin should be. The staff inside don’t care that you are there and barely look at you during your order/preparing your order. I had to have my coffee made twice, as each time I ordered ONLY cream and they put cream and sugar in it… twice. I would only go here if it was the only thing available. I would not recommend this location.

Definitely not worth the visit. I stopped in here to grab some donuts as a treat for my coworkers — I was already running late and didn’t want to drive even further to KK. When I finally got through the line(which had very few cars, but took forever), I ordered a small hot chocolate and half a dozen assorted donuts. I got up to the window and sat for a bit before someone even noticed I was there. The window was wide open, and the staff inside were being pretty loud and rambunctious. Once someone noticed I was there, she reached out her hand for payment without even saying the amount for me and handed my the hot chocolate. Then she had my card and the donuts in her hand, but was just looking around outside — her head was out of the window just looking around. She handed me my food and card and didn’t say a word. When I got to the office and sat down to enjoy my delicious raspberry donut, I took one bite and realized it was filled with strawberry goop(which i dislike). Definitely not how I wanted to start my morning. My hot chocolate was very weak until I got to the bottom half inch, which was straight up syrupy it was so thick. Not cool, Dunkin, not cool. I will go a little further down to Krispy Kreme and just make my own hot chocolate in the future.

I wish I’d read the reviews before coming here. Having lived in Charleston for less than a week, I just plugged it in my GPS and blindly went in search of a coffee fix. The negative: we waited in line for a few minutes before placing our order. There were quite a few people working, but only one at the register despite a line. Okay, maybe there are new donuts coming out, inventory to be done, etc. So when we get up to the register, I am baffled as to why the cashier turns away from us to look at some papers. She turned several times as we were ordering to consult her random papers(looked like sales or inventory paperwork). Super rude. The sugar in my iced coffee was settled in a grainy pile on the bottom of the cup. The good: after vigorous stirring on my part, the coffee tasted fine. The donut holes didn’t taste stale and dry, but I’m not sure if fresh would suffice as a description either. Overall, they just don’t care. And it shows.

We passed this location on our way to Krispy Kreme. Finding out that Krispy Kreme is shut down for some reason, we were glad that we would only have to drive a short distance back to DD. We walked in to a smelly, dark store. Where we noticed the lack of product on the shelves. it was 8 p.m. Fruit flies made slow circles of the counter area while the woman behind the counter stuck her fingers in her Balled up hair to scratch her scalp. I listened for half a moment over hearing. «We never have anything left by this time a night.» I did an about face told my husband I would go somewhere else. First off YUCK!!! Secondly how do you KNOW… You run out and still allow yourself to run out… We drove a few blocks down to the local grocery store. It was already out of the way, but that’s just sad. WTF is happening to America? Have some pride, no matter what your job is.

I hate to keep piling on, but obviously, these reviews don’t help. I work very close to this location. Most of the time if you go in, half the doughnuts you want are gone. I have 2 occasions where I bought a milk, and it was out of date. Should have checked the second time. This time it had been expired by 5 days. No friendliness, even when you tip a they look at you without even a quick thank you. Like others have mentioned, it must be the owners/managers not caring. It clearly shows.

I love Dunkin so this makes me feel like a nasty, grumpy human for my upcoming rant. Here it is: This Dunkin has terrible management and obviously a terrible franchise owner. I understand how the food and beverage industry works-the crew isn’t going to give two sh*%s about their job if they’re manager doesn’t. I wouldn’t blame the employees(entirely), they’re just products of their work environment and of terrible hiring practices. I’ve been giving this Dunkin a chance since its closer to my apartment than downtown but I have had it. Today, the drive thru was broken and a sign taped onto it said come inside. Okay! Not what I wanted but whatever no big deal-I’m easygoing for the most part. Then, I proceed to go into the building, where I’m greeted with a friendly«Hello!» I think she was a crew member or manager, but I’m not sure I was in a hurry. She was just hanging out talking to two of her friends at a nearby table. She definitely knew the person working though. I waited at the counter for sixish minutes before I got too annoyed with the lack of service and left. Okay, I know you’re probably understaffed but hey maybe check the counter once in awhile. As I left I could tell the girl sitting down was surprised at the disappearance of the person behind the counter. She jumped up from her chair and went to find the mystery counter person. I’m just extremely disappointed in the lack of care from the franchise owner — I can’t stand Starbucks coffee but it’s a much better option than this. It’s sad that she businesses can be given bad names because of ignorant owners.

Have gone here many times, I agree with some of the other reviews, but no one has this issue. When I order a Bagel with cream cheese, I ask for it to be cut into 2 sections. What I get is: «It’s already cut, or in 4 pieces, or what, or a deer in the headlights look». Really? What is so difficult about this request. I’ve spoken to the manager, but nothing, changes. I have also asked for it to be sliced again, 2 pieces, cut it top down, .you get the picture. Nothing works. Maybe it’s me, maybe«I» just don’t get it.? Frustration does not do, this, justice. Ok, maybe I need a life, but when you bite into a bagel not cut, and the cream cheese, oozes out the side onto your lap, you will understand. If there is, another way to get this accomplished, I’m all ears. Frank G PS it happens at most other Dunkin Donuts.

This is is my first Unilocal review of a fast food chain restaurant which should tell you something. I have literally not had a worse experience with fast food and I stopped in twice because of its convenient location which tells you its not a fluke. The first time it took 5 minutes for the clerk to get my order correct. She had to continuously delete and renter. The second time was the total sh*t show. By 11am they were out of english muffins, flatbread and rolls and my friends order took 20 minutes to fulfill. The one woman would literally stare at the order screen for 20 seconds every minute or two like she was lost. The bathroom as also apparently so dirty that my friend refused to use it and the trash was overflowing. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I really don’t care for this Dunkin Donuts. The staff isn’t too nice, and the last time I went in, the cashier/barista acted very annoyed that he had to stop cleaning to make my coffee(he was the only guy working that evening). They tend to get the drink orders wrong as well. I prefer the other Dunkins around Charleston.
