Bought a top on Monday got it home tried it on but didn’t like it. The young assistant who served me when I bought it was very abrupt in her manner very efficient but no people skills. Brought it back on wed. The same young girl served me. The tag must have fell off when trying on where is the tagshe said. I had my receipt and wanted to exchange it for another top plus additional makeup bag. Well she said in future if you don’t have a tag we won’t take it back in a very unfortunate manner. I went forlunch then went back in and spoke to the manager. She was lovely and apologized saying that shouldn’t have happened. It’s a lovely store very clean and always plenty of cashiers but this young lady needs to speak to people how she would like to be spoken to

Yes, all Forever 21 stores offer the same cheap, trendy clothes that have a 50⁄50 chance of self-destructing the first time you wear them. However, not all Forever 21s are created equal. This one was spotless. I’m used to shopping at Forever 21 in malls in Atlanta. Translation: the whole store looks like a tornado came through and there’s usually a 20+ person line at the cash register. The King Street location is exactly the opposite. It was beautifully merchandised. Seriously the store was impeccable. I wanted to go nuts in here purchasing«festival wear» as I’ve dubbed it. It’s still the same cheap clothes, but presentation is everything. I just wish that all Forever 21 stores were so clean and well organized. Consider me a fan and the proud owner of an age inappropriate crop top.

Just FYI, the return policy at Forever 21 does not refund you in cash or on your credit card. If you buy an item and it doesn’t work, your only option is store credit or exchanging it for another item. Still a great stop for accessories or clothes downtown, very budget friendly(for downtown)… but keep the return policy in mind and try on first!

Probably the most cleanest Forever 21 stores I’ve ever been to, located in downtown Charleston. I’m used to the Times Square location where the massive crowds of tourists pretty much wreck everything. This gorgeous, and spacious location was a pleasant change. I came here with my family just to shop around look for a good deal. I bought a wonderful bomber jacket as a present for one of my cousins and some jewelry as well. Overall, I love, love, love Forever 21 stores and this location is amazing!

Service — umm… No bueno. There were six employees up in front the cash registers. Two were occupied and the other four were talking to each other. Yet no one bothered to ring the next person in line. How. Inconsiderate. Place — CLOTHES /huge place with a lot of clothes. The selection here was mediocre though. As other reviewers have mentioned, they were spot on with the clothes being on the cheap side. But this month, it was more cheaply looking… but I wouldn’t mind grabbing some loose shirts here and there. JEWELRIES /I am a big fan of their selection! Came away with rings and earrings. They are so cheap and trendy. Midi-rings are in now. Price — it’s cheap! Sometimes too cheap that the clothing won’t last for a bit. But the comfortable clothes will last for quite a while.

Not exactly a size –000, BUT: you’ve got to get past the teensy clothes for the jewelry and other accessories! This store has the biggest selection I’ve seen – and the pieces(cheap but not cheaply made) get TONS of complements every time I wear them. Ladies – you don’t have to be ages 8 – 21 to go in this store – you can be a fashionista in her 60’s(or 70’s, or 80’s, you get it) – they have fabulous accessories!

This store finally just opened up in place of Saks Fifth Ave about a week and a half ago, after tons of broke college girls have prayed their little minds out for it… and this store is HUGE!!! I’ve practically grown up around Forever 21 stores in CA and have seen plenty of stores of varying sizes, but this is definitely one of the larger ones(I’d say top 3? 2?)… It is almost overwhelming how huge it is– I can never just assume that I can come back for that $ 20 sweater another day, because who knows if I’ll ever find that rack again in my life? It’s kind of nice how large this store is– the chances of wearing the same exact thing as everyone else is lowered from 100% to 90%, which is slightly more hopeful. Although I love how affordable and cute a lot of the clothes here are(beware, there are lots of tacky trends here too…), you definitely get what you pay for, in terms of quality. Also, there’s obviously something sketchy about having to pay only $ 3 dollars for a new t-shirt or tank. Is there a tip line in my credit card transaction where I can tip the little girl in central america who had sewn this thing in the dark?
