I have been attending Gaia Fit for almost 2 years now and I love it! I have belonged to Gyms, Crossfit, Variety of classes, and this is the best results with the best camaraderie I have found. Mary works hard to keep up-​to-​date on the current research in both fitness and nutrition. She makes everyone feel welcome and offers modifications for her workouts for new comers, so no excuses. The biggest test, however, is results, I am in better shape then I have been in for years. If you need to lose weight, she has great advice, whatever your goals, Mary will make them happen.
