Jiffy Lube

If I could, I would give this store NO stars. I had terrible service from their in competent mechanics thus resulting in my car almost breaking down. I cant for the life of me understand why they would hire people who have no idea how to service cars, working on them. I went there for an oil change and the mechanics did not screw in the screw to my oil pan resulting in my oil leaking from my car. I’m furious because i had to get my car serviced less than a month after i even let this company touch my car, and these people explained to me that the last people who did y oil change did not even screw your oil pan nut in and your car was dangerously low on oil. They also said it was a good thing I came in to have my car looked at because if i hadn’t came in, my engine could’ve seized. So naturally i i checked my receipts and contacted the store and asked for my money back explaining the situation and this man ERICK told me to give him a call back in a couple of days and he could see what he could do. I did and he was not there. I left my number and its been about 2 weeks later i still have no received a phone call back. I contacted the corporate office and am currently waiting for a response. The woman who I talked to said that they’re was no man by that name that works there… This company is the absolute worst. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, DO Not TAKE IT TO ANY JIFFY LUBE LOCATIONS. I would never refer them to anyone i cared about. Terrible service!

If I could give a 0 star I would. They did not put oil in my car after requesting an oil change. My car is now totaled due to engine damage and when I called for help I was told I was told it was my fault and they did not have time to deal with me.

Very disappointed, I paid premium for High Mileage service. I was told they would check and fill the fluids, vacuum and clean the windows.
They did not do any of the services, They did not Vacuum, wash the windows, or fill any of the fluids.
I watched them put oil in and they did not use the High Mileage. pump they used the regular.
I asked to be consulted as to what fluids were low after service. I paid my bill expecting to talk to someone but cashier just left and when I walked to the car station no one was visible.
The place was empty I was the only client.

Karl will hook you up and Harry will help. They are an incredible team that you can trust. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my oil changed. They care about your car and your safety.

I hate getting my oil changed because it is always a hassle but Karl and Harry made sure I got everything I needed and took care of me the whole way through! I will never go anywhere else for an oil change again! Thanks, Karl and Harry :)

The crew working at this Jiffy Lube were all very nice, and explained the car stuff in a very easy to understand manner, even for a not car savvy person like me. Mary was very nice and pleasant the whole time, and even gave me a discount!

A «jiffy» is a unit of time equal to forty minutes while all employees argue with one another in the work area until you walk back there yourself, ask for an ETA and are told that the work was already finished, they just haven’t bothered to pull the vehicle around or check you out.
