Furniture seemed nice, price seemed reasonable… Why not? Learned this one the hard way– havertys is a trainwreck. Quality of furniture is super low(all manufactured in China), dishonest sales staff, customer service is awful, and you most certainly won’t get your stuff when they say you will. But maybe you have a boss that understands why you need to take 6 days off to get your furniture. In hindsight, I would have eaten ramen every day for a month to be able to upgrade to something well made from Morris Sokol. Huge, huge waste of money and a general headache.

I bought my bedroom furniture almost a week ago and spent over $ 2000 and I was still charged a delivery fee and was told they couldn’t deliver until Thursday(today). So I took off of work as many people have to do and was given a delivery window of 11:45 — 1:45 and I was called at 11:40 to be notified that the delivery driver called in «sick» and they would have to reschedule for tomorrow! There was no apology and I was called at the time I was expecting the furniture to arrive and spent 45 minutes with like 5 different people on the phone. Worst customer service I’ve ever received and would cancel and get my money back if I could. Please no one else go through this and never buy from this company!

Found my new sofa for my new apartment. The sales associate was very patient &, most importantly, not pushy at all. The selection is great. Delivery was quick. They have a very modern system & can track your delivery truck. I decided to exchange my original order(even after it was delivered) & the whole process was completely hassle free. I would absolutely recommend Havertys.
