The sales person was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped explain differences between the mattresses we were considering. The price was good, and the delivery service was punctual and professional.

Mattress Firm will not honor their return policy. They will not return a mattress with anything less than flawless, unused condition. I purchased a very expensive, Tempur-​pedic mattress from them. The day after, I experienced back pains from sleeping on the new mattress. Salesmen told me you need to break in the mattress and give it another month. So I did. After about 45 days I tired returning the mattress because I was still disappointed. The salesmen kind of gave me a hard time when I tired to exchanging the mattress and buying a used one on the sales floor. The mattress I had was $ 3700 and I wanted to exchange it for a $ 300 used one since I couldn’t decide on something else. He first lied to me and said I couldn’t exchange it for that and that I needed to buy the full retain value new model of the used one. I then asked him to refund me for the expensive one and I’ll just buy the used one separately, after that he proceeded to process the lateral exchange. Then, when they came to pickup the mattress from my house they inspected it with a magnifying glass (not literally) and refused to return it because some very small and very faint stain. But to me it is not a stain, it looks like someone’s dirty knee brushed up against the mattress. Someone like a deliver person. May I mention that they were in the bedroom alone for about 15 minutes before calling me in to tell me there was a stain and they refuse to return it. I assure you that that so called stain was not from me. Since the second that mattress entered my home, the mattress was covered with a protector. The warehouse manager absolutely refused to help me and refused to refund my money. I have since had to call the credit card company, Wells Fargo, that the mattress was purchased on and file a formal complaint against Mattress Firm. Wells Fargo is in the process of disputing the charge as we speak.

Stopped in the store yesterday to replace an old matters at a vacation property and I was most impressed.
This is my second purchase from this location, the first being about 3 years ago for another property and what brought me back was the experience that I had on my first visit and this one was no different.
First of all, the employees know their stuff. They have clearly been through extensive product training and it shows. Additionally, it’s rare that I encounter retail sales people who actually seem to like their job but this place must put something in the water because they actually get excited about bedding.
I dealt with Michael and the guy could not have been more pleasant. He shared with me the various mattresses, clearly pointing out the pros/​cons of each and helping me zero in on the ideal choice.
From a price perspective, I was prepared to spend several hundred dollars more than I actually did, so kudos to Michael for listening to what I needed and guiding me in the right direction.
If you’re looking for new bedding, want a good price and you abhor pushy sales people or sales people who are clueless then this is your store.
