I am new to the area and was looking for a dentist. I went to their office to schedule a cleaning. Had to wait a couple of months too get an appointment then tried to change it as it conflicted with my work. No way. They are obviously far too busy to take new patients.
Worse, I tried on a few occasions to speak with the dentist directly. No way. He is too busy to talk to new patients. Or even return their calls. I would have liked to meet or talk to a new dentist before signing up with him but he did not make any effort to do this.
Well, I am glad that he is so busy that he doesn’t need anymore patients. Good for him. I shall tell my friends not to bother as he obviously doesn’t need the work.

Dr. Goolsby and his staff are great! They are always so friendly to us and we are in and out quickly.
