I found Lex Tech, and Glenn, the owner, online and I’ve been there twice with two different Lexus sedans. Today, I brought my 14 yr. old sedan there in hopes that I didn’t have a very expensive transmission problem, as I intend to sell it. Not only did Glenn (started working on Lexus LS 400’s in 1990 when they first came out!) diagnose the problem quickly/​accurately, he actually had a «mass air flow sensor» on hand for my model/​yr. so I wouldn’t have to wait to get the part from his supplier. The «much less expensive than a new trani» job was done quickly and professionally (showed me the defective part), and his prices are fair/​competitive (much lower than the Charleston Lexus dealer!). I will be back!

Places like this are hard to come by – so don’t pass them up! Having used other dealers and national chains, nobody compares to the service and honesty here. I got a call this morning to explain the service and estimated price that I would be paying. I have had issues at other dealerships where they just never called to go over the work or even let you know that your work was done. You won’t regret using them!

Excellent service and knowledgable staff. I was recommended by a friend and was more than satisfied. Mel took great care of us and was really personable. I definitely recommend lex tech to others!
