McDonald’s

Sometimes, you just need some chicken nuggets at 1030pm after a long day of work. This review is strictly the drive-​thru. Holy Moly. If you are wondering where you should be at 1030pm on a Friday night, the answer is McDonald’s. It is hip and happening.
The line was long, but moved quickly. The order taker was lively and polite. There are two windows at this location– one for paying and one for your order to be given to you. Both went smoothly and both employees were so great.

I don’t usually review fast food because you pretty much know what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the service at this McDonald’s. We went through the drive thru and we had a big order, she got everything right the first time we didn’t have to repeat ourselves over and over again. She listened, got it right it, repeated it back to us and surprise it was right when they gave it to us. No mistakes! Our order was 100% correct, the buns and biscuits were fresh, the fries were crunchy, the iced coffee was good and they gave us lots of napkins. Who know will be running the show next time, but whoever was in charge today deserves an A+

Bought two carmel lattes and they were burnt beyond being drinkable. Politely let them know and we were told that they don’t make them fresh so there was nothing they could do and that «this isn’t Starbucks». Honestly haven’t had a bad experience here but I probably won’t go back because of this poor customer service.

Pretty typical McDonald’s. Food is always quick and correct. Have only used their drive thru.
Very very casual staff though. They closed the register without giving me change– I had to wait in my car for a few minutes while they figured it out. They also were very slow processing/​understanding coupons.

Not good food. Terrible burgers.
The burger is paper thin and I honestly can’t understand how anyone thinks this is good food.
The fries were ice cold and soda was flat.
Overall I’d say go to cook out or anywhere else instead.

There are lots of positive reviews of this store, which leaves me wondering if they went to the same place?!
We went in for a quick bite. It was late morning, just before lunch business got booming. The service we received was horrible. We placed our order but didn’t receive cups until our food came out. Okay, not a huge deal. When we got our food, my husband was given small fries (he’d ordered a medium, but was charged for a large). He took the fries and receipt up and they gave him a large order instead. Alright. So far, nothing terrible, just annoying. When we filled our drinks, the sweet tea was out. My husband asked a staff member if they could fill his cup using their tea behind the counter. The staff member practically yelled at him, saying he could either wait until they put tea out front or to get something else. It was between 10 – 15 minutes before they filled the tea.
I come to McDonald’s for quick, cheap, reliable food. I don’t expect much. As a corporate chain, it’s the same old stuff place to place. But the people here were beyond rude and incompetent. I doubt we’ll return.

When I go to a food place, I want food. Chip bags and cereal boxes come half full, but when did Mickey D’s start doing this with their fries?! I DID receive quick polite service and was thanked for my business. I DID question hubby about stealing half of them before posting, I promise! Come on guys! Your fries are why I stopped in, don’t jip me!!!

Just volunteered at a Good will event at this McD’s — I got to cook their fries. So much more fun than I expected. Not only was the kitchen in great condition — someone was cleaning regularly — the staff was really on top of their game, concerned about the quality and speed for the customers and somehow they appeared to be having a blast while doing it. Everyone there was very patient with me and I had trouble telling who the managers were because everyone was concerned about the food quality, not just the managers. It was a great experience and really made me appreciate all the hard workers there.

Yes this is a chain restaurant. This is one of my favorite one to go to when I wanna sneak a burger in on the way home.
They are quick and freshly made food. Plus they are open 24 hours.
The price is great. They are pretty fast at the drive thru as well.

Food is normal. Nothing wrong with it. The walls aren’t painted at the moment so it’s not too pretty! Wi-​Fi is not amazing. But besides that, it’s average!

I’ve been to better McDonald’s. For being in a highly populated area, their service was slow. Besides that, it’s your average McDonald’s.
Another downside to this one is its physical location. Its on a corner where it is hard to get back onto the main street due to traffic. You’ll be sitting for a while to get back on the road again.
