Terrible experience waited 1.4 hours Ina. Slow day just for a basic clean and when I got in my car was still dirty! Do not waste your time it is no longer the great fast experience of Cactus. Also, the bathrooms were trashed.

This place has gone to hell in a hand basket since it took over from Cactus. It was a bright sunny day and not much of a line which must be due to their work. I got a higher grade of cleaning but really did not see the difference the extra money should have gotten me. The old owners were pretty good although they took a long time but because they were thorough. This place just seemed to be slow and less attentive. My car had several spots not cleaned that I felt bad that I needed to point out. And they were not small spots. Very strange if they want to stay in business. I really think they really just want the detail work with all the auto mile dealerships as customers. Hope they get their act together though because it is a convenient spot for me.

Stay away!!! Why can’t I get a decent car wash for a fair price in this town? Their automated wash is down. But do they have a sign up or do they tell you that a simple basic wash is going to take 1 hr. No! I stopped because or didn’t look too busy. I’ve been here an hour now and they still aren’t done. POORLY RAN BUSINESS!!! People in the waiting room are talking about going out and helping to wash their cars!

Takes forever. I should have cleaned the car myself. Coffee inside sucks. Watching a couple of the guys assigned to my car just walk around aimlessly for 10 minutes at a time. This was stupid to come here.
For the $ 13 car wash, it took them 50 minutes.

One of the worst experiences I have had in a business in Charleston. When I arrived the girl behind the counter said it would take an hour. Three hours later, yes three hours… I get a car with a sopping wet carpet. The car mats had a steady stream of water running from them when I took them out. It was disgusting. Now my car smells like a wet dog.

Confusing and SLOW. I pulled up and the menu sign is totally blank. I told the guy i wanted the deluxe interior/​exterior that they had when they were Cactus. He said they still do that for $ 19.95. I thought it was 17.95 before but whwtever, new owners. It was 1015am on a Wednesday. There was one car going in the tunnel ahead of me and 6 in the drying/​vacuum. I paid and waited out front. Half the staff was hanging out by a pickup (posted a pic). 3 wandered aimlessly to and from the detail area (which was empty) and 4 were drying cars. The car ahead of mine sat nearly 5min at the exit of the tunnel, causing the wash system to shut down. No one was there to more the cars. Two guys looked at it but walked the other way. Mine came out and sat there 6min before inasked if i should move it. The guy finally pulled mine into a drying lane. 35min later mine was done. I was there for almost an hour before lunch in the middle of the week. I can’t imagine how long it would take if they were busy. They did a fairly decent job but i had to ask for the dash to be wipped down again. After i left i noticed how they used filthy rags to «clean the glass» which i had to clean when i got home. Never had this problem at Cactus.

First time here since it changed owners. I must say the prices were cheaper and they still have the senior discount. Boy do they prep your car well! Plus they use a lot of soap when your car goes thru the wash. Maybe to much soap. The wheel wells of my car was loaded with soap when it came out. I thought they should have washed that off but they didn’t. The young man who worked on my car to finish it up did a good job and was very nice and friendly. overall I think these new owners are doing a better job.

I came to Oasis (which used to be my favorite Cactus Carwash) because one of my side windows had been broken (and I’d already duct-​taped it inside and out) and I needed the glass vacuumed out of the seat before I picked the kids up from school. The guy who asked what service I needed recommended getting a hand wash in addition to the interior detail — he said it would be gentle enough to not interfere with the taped window. I asked how long that would take (because I really only had about a half hour to spare). He said it would take 30 minutes. Yay, I was a happy camper because the car was dirty.
However, as I waited and occasionally looked out the window, I noticed no one was really working on my car. After 35 minutes I asked the young lady at the front desk if she could find out how much longer it would be. She didn’t seem to interested in walking out to the lot to ask, but she did. She came back and said it would be 10 more minutes.
Twenty minutes after that the car still isn’t done and I asked if she could check on it again; one of the car detailers was walking by and he said he would check for me. Through the window I saw him walk out, check and he looked at me and held up 10 fingers… 10 more minutes.
At this point, I’m 55 minutes into a 30-​minute car wash and being told it will be at least an hour and 5 minutes, so I asked the girl at the counter if she could get the manager. My primary complaint was that had I known it was going to take longer than 30 minutes, I would have only asked for them to vacuum the glass out to make the car safe and I could get it cleaned another day.
Here’s where things really started going downhill. The girl went to look for the manager. After a while, she came back and said he was busy. Then she told me I could get in my car and drive it away now if I wanted. (The car still wasn’t finished). I explained to her my complaint and asked again for the manager and she said he was busy, and they shouldn’t have told me 30 minutes because the service I got was a 45-​minute to an hour job (here it is at this point past an hour).
I did go out to my car, hoping it would be finished and I spoke to the guy cleaning it — who was extremely nice and understanding. He immediately asked me if I was able to talk to the manager and get my money back. I said no, the manager was busy and the girl at the front told me I could leave if I needed to leave. He apologized and said the guy who quoted me 30 minutes was a sales guy and didn’t know they were short handed. I let him finish; the car looks great, but the bigger points are A) don’t tell a client 30 minutes if you know it is at least 45 – 60 minutes to get it done; B) the customer service person needs to actually CARE about customer service, know how to be pleasant, smile, at least act concerned rather than disinterested, handle complaints and actively work toward a solution when their is a problem; and C) if the «customer service» person comes to the manager to let him/​her know there is a complaint, he needs to come out to speak to the customer.
I finally left there an hour and 12 minutes after the guy told me it would take 30 minutes. No complaints with the actual cleaning of the car. Big complaints with how they run the place. Lousy attitudes by the front desk woman and the manager; shady salesmanship to get me to up-​sell my vacuum to a wash by assuring me it would only take 30 minutes.

Broke my antenna, scratched the car, and on top of that didn’t get the car clean. Pass.

The guys at Oasis did a great job cleaning my car, but took an hour longer than they quoted! I definitely recommend Oasis when you need a good car cleaning and you have plenty of time!
