I purchased a groupon with this company. Every time I called they asked that I call them back the next morning. I finally got a confirmation for my reservation and I called the day of to follow-​up since I had a bad feeling. Turns out they messed up the order date and were unable to get the chef in early to do the picnic basket. It was pretty unfortunate since I had a large group with me and we were all counting on the picnic basket delivery. My advice, get a confirmation through email and follow-​up.

I purchased a picnic for two, and I was quickly brushed off to email a specific request. After given a date confirmation through email (surprise birthday date for my husband), I could never get any other details or response from SC Catering for several weeks. On the night of my husbands birthday, I was told they were closed on that particular day and no one was able to complete my order. After a quick apology, the sc catering secretary hung up on me in mid conversation. My birthday dinner plans for my husband that I had counted on for weeks was ruined. A mistake is understood, but bad customer service is not good for business. I would not recommend them.
