Don’t do it!!!
We stayed at the Francis Marion for my nephew’s wedding. Since we traveled far we chose to have our mani/pedi’s done on King Street. The spa adagio was recommended by the hotel. What a mistake. There was only one tech so we had to go back to back not a problem. But when both or our mani/pedi’s fell off before we even finished dressing for the wedding, what a dissapointment. Never again, go down the street and find a better salon with a dryer and more experienced techs. When we called to try and resolve the problem we got an answering machine more than once and never heard back from the manager, Jerry. Just Bad Business.

Staff was personable kudos to Jerome, Rhett and Nikki. There was not a dressing or locker room on location but staff carried your belongings is from service to service. There are no saunas or steam rooms on location. I would identify this is a bare necessities spa.

I booked a sugaring with Kristen Brown and had a great experience! Sugaring was 10x less painful than waxing, and Kristen is so sweet and easy to talk to, she put me right at ease. Highly recommend her! Adagio is the most convenient location by far and my new go-​to spa.

I was in Charleston for a weekend trip last week. We stayed at the Francis Marion hotel. I booked a 90 minute massage with Jerome. WOW! He was outstanding! Not only was he totally professional, he made all my stress and sore muscles disappear! I highly recommend you book an appointment with Jerome. You won’t regret it!!!

I love this place… I’ve tried all the several times and i really enjoyed everything. People who works there are also great and friendly, Jerry is my favorite!!! The place is always very clean. And also you can enjoy the downtown location. Very nice, I really recommend the place.
