I have been to the Sprint store twice today. Both times I had to wait a long amount of time. We had someone very friendly help us earlier but the second time around I have had no help while someone sits behind the desk on his phone promising me that he will have help for me soon. There’s a total of 5 people in the store, not including employees and I’m not sure why the employee on his phone can’t help me. I just switched from Verizon because I heard Sprint could give better deals. I hope this is the case and that whenever someone decides to help me they will be great. Verizon definitely beats Sprint in customer service any day though.

I just converted from Verizon to Sprint and wow did I have the worst experience of my life with conversion from one carrier to another and I am 60 years old and have been an early adopter all of my life. I convinced my wife to make the change to save $$$ and during the conversion from one iphone 6 to another iphone 6 the store botched the conversion and lost my wife’s pictures and videos of the grand kids. Yes, we do have an icloud account but for some reason, maybe we did not back up everything like we should have. Shame on me. Sprint is not taking any responsibility and basically told my wife that it was Apple’s fault. Give me a break. I am in the proverbial doghouse for a long time over this one as I was the one who said there will be no issues because it is only going from one iphone to another.

I recently visited this Sprint store because I was having trouble with my phone and it has to be some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I went in with a problem and just wanted the employee to take a look at it and this woman was rude as hell. I asked her if she would mind taking a look, and she was like«NO! You’ll have to send it to the service center and that will cost you $ 100 for me to send it there.» WTF is the insurance on this phone good for if I am paying $ 9 a month and then have to turn around and pay another $ 100 for you to send it to the service center where they’ll just send me another piece of crap refurbished phone. I would like to give this place ZERO stars for her freaking attitude! But at least there was another hipster looking guy working that was a little nicer that was able to pull up my account information for me and while he did I was messing with the phone until I resolved the issue on my own. Basically it turned out to just be a loose power button that I was able to fix by inserting a key into it, which I will have to do each time I want to power on/off my phone; but it sure beats the hell out of giving Sprint $ 100 to send me a phone when I can upgrade for less than that in a couple of months. So instead of upgrading and signing another 2 year contact with Sprint I’m planning on taking my business elsewhere; besides their service sucks, both customer service and signal wise.
