Sunoco

I find myself stopping here on my way home when I’m on fumes. There’s nothing particularly impressive about this station, but it is lit at night and occasionally the cops will sit in the parking lot. It’s right over the Ellis Creek bridge with easy access from Folly Road. Pumps are reliable. I don’t use their «program» so I am unable to speak to that aspect, but pricing always seems to be in line with other stations in the area.
They do have a good growler station inside with local taps included and changed about weekly. Beer pricing is also very good, and they sell growler packs for reasonable. Who would’ve thunk it?! At a gas station? And on James Island!

Stop there if you are on the way to Folly Beach! Price for gas is not bad and they got great deal on hot dog menu! (2 dogs, a banana and a drinks for 3.61 $)

This of course is a gas station. Has the same stuff other stations have except they have craft beer on tap! Growlers everywhere! Nice selection of sandwiches and snacks and really friendly folks. Gas prices are a little higher than other stations but it is convenient on Folly road. Restrooms could use some work but it is a gas station.

Surprise, surprise! Sunoco is a gas station.
They have the snack and drinks and convenience store items if needed.
Let me say, the pumps are fast.
In and out quickly.
What can you say about a place where you can get gas, coffee, beef jerky, Cheetos, a corn dog and a smile.

The Aplus Sunoco is my favorite filling station off Folly Road; and not just because they offer the cheapest gas prices between West Ashley and Folly beach. I really like this store because they have growlers of craft beer for a reasonable price. And if you are like me and like happy hours, you will love Mondays and Tuesdays here when they have Growler Hour; during this time you get your choice of a free small growler, free pint glass, or $ 2 off a refill on your growler. In addition to the gas and beer they also are known as the lucky lottery store on the island; but I haven’t had the pleasure of getting lucky there yet.
Besides the cheap gas, craft beer, and lucky lotto this store also has some of the nicest staff around. Everytime I’ve been here everyone working has been super friendly and seem to be very happy working here.
Aplus Sunoco certainly gets an A+ in my book!
