One of the worst companies I had ever had to work with. Several times I have called in advance to reserve specific liquids. They assure me that they will be ready. Every time, they are not prepared and waste at least half of an hour of my time. Today I placed a $ 140 order with the owner. I was supposed to be there for me to pick up after work. After an employee wasted twenty minutes of my time looking for it and tried to call the owner (who didn’t answer), the result was a wasted trip. Not cool when it is out of the way and during rush hour. Go anywhere else… Seriously.

Stopped by to pick up some juice while in town for business… usually go with a 6ml in something watermelon-ish. Guy gave me the house made watermelon jolly rancher, turned out to be not so good. Really really really rough, didn’t really taste like watermelon, even with a new atomizer and a clean tank. Matter of fact didn’t really taste like anything. Disappointing because I bought 22 bucks worth. Had to throw it out. Hopefully this is an isolated incident…

I was really disappointed when I found out they didn’t have the e*juice I wanted and almost went to buy some somewhere else. I’m really glad I chose to come back. The juice is really clean and tastes better than anything I’ve had before. I’m pretty sure they mixed their own juice in store. I read about the puppy drool on their website and yes, it’s very sweet and clean. With the «others» juice I had to mixed two different flavors to get a better tasting vape but, here the vape is great alone. Over all I had a really great experience here and will defiantly be back to try the mad hatter.
