Wendy’s

I just dropped because I was craving a frosty, but even that seemed to tax the meager abilities of the staff. When I walked in and went to the counter it took several minutes before anyone decided to take my order despite many employees just standing around and looking at me. One of them finally came to take my order but before going to get my frosty she decided to have a mini dance party with the fry cook. This took a few minutes.
I still love frostys but I won’t be visiting this location again.

There was no line either in drive through or the counter, but it still took about a minute for someone to meander over and take my order.
I ordered only a small chocolate shake, and my receipt said 4:25. With no other customers in sight, it took 5 minutes for the cashier to retrieve the shake, so that the register clock said 4:30 when I received it.
I was watching to see why it was talking so long, in case the macheine needed to be refilled. The cashier came back to the front and got the shake without doing anything to the macheine.
Meaning that with no customers anywhere except me, the cashier left for 5 minutes and did something else before coming back and getting the shake I ordered.
Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place if your time is at all valuable.

Not a good dining experience at this Wendy’s. It was not busy being only 4pm, so there was no rush on the restaurant.
To start my order was wrong. I ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger and received only a single. The manager was nowhere in sight and it took very long to get my order right with the staff appearing to be upset at me for calling them on their mistake, not apologetic at all! Also ordered a large chili which was very undercooked as the beans were crunchy. I didn’t dare take that back to the counter, lord knows sometimes it’s just better to walk away.
I was also in good company, at least three other customers within earshot had their orders wrong too.
It’s very safe to say I will not be back.

Pretty average Wendy’s. Just beware, around noon it is packed to the gills with people from CASCI and other surrounding businesses.
