What a wonderful addition to King Street shopping! West Elm is the cheaper little sister of Pottery Barn. Their furniture is more midcentury modern and not really my style, but West Elm does accessories right. I ran in here this morning and racked up on Christmas gifts for everyone. The store is immaculate. Their employees are all beyond friendly and helpful. My whole family is now getting faux fur throws for a fraction of a cost of Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware. I can’t think of a single thing bad to say about West Elm and am super excited that we now have one in Charleston.

oh West Elm how I love you. Seriously no one loves West elm more then me. our entire bedroom is west elm, along with pottery barn. anyway I love to go into west elm anytime we go somewhere new. the stores are always so nicely decorated/pretty. this store was personally prettier then the one by us! much nicer sales people too. I’m very jealous. anyway we didn’t buy anything since we already have most of what they sell already, it was cool to see some of the lighting we’ve never seen in person. I only wish we saw the new ombré light I want for our kitchen, I’m hoping to see it in a store sometime before we buy it. btw anyone debating on shopping here, do it! every time I look at our furniture or our bed I just fall in love with West elm all over again.

West Elm is a fantastic addition to King Street. They are a home décor chain with items for every room of the house. They have everything from large tables and chairs to bar accessories and trinkets. I visited when they had just decorated for Christmas and everything was beautiful! The sales staff was so friendly, too. If you’re ever on Upper King, definitely stop by West Elm!
