Poor quality. My salad had maybe five bites of any actual vegetable, and the vegetables that were in there looked like they had seen better days. Feeling majorly ripped off!

Good little place in the middle of everything. Stopped in one morning, had a coffee and a scone. Fresh local coffee. Well made, tasty scone. Small place, but comfortable seating.

Fresh ingredients, tasty smoothies, great service and free wi-fi. the winter cure juice was really good. Beets Kale, Lemon, ginger sweet potatoes and pear. The Pear sweetens it just enough. Their menu has so many options and it all looks good!

My son and I adored this quaint find on Meeting Street! The woman behind the counter was engaging, thoughtful, and made us a FABULOUS salad! The smoothie was great, but it’s the ambiance that made it a favorite for our trip to Charleston. If you like FRESH and FAST and FUNKY then is the place for you!

Signature juices are excellent and staff is even better– they were very friendly and able to answer questions if needed. Go for the Ginger Zinger juice. Awesome start to the day

First impression was not too great. Not like a Jamaba Juice smell, and more like a coffee shop feel than a «juice bar»(not that this is any bad thing). Very nice helpful staff who will go extra to help you out.

What can you expect out of teenager 30 mintes before closing? Apparently not much. We were not ready to order imediately, not that he asked, and left behind the counter. Fast forward, we’re still waiting to order and he’s not back. He’s got his head stuck in a cooler literally standing behind us. I asked if he would help us and he played dumb saying«Oh you want something?» [Insert sarcastic response I did not verbalize] $ 5+tax later we have a OK cookies and cream milkshake, split into 2 smaller cups(of cource my children can’t share the same large cup! Ugh)

I came in to get a wheat grass shot and the girl at the register encouraged me to get a «shooter» to take after I take the shot because their wheat grass is «home grown and so potent.» I actually fell for that and agreed to a «pineapple shooter.» What a joke! This is the weakest wheat grass shot I’ve ever tasted. It literally tasted like green water. This doesn’t surprise me when you see where they get the wheat grass from. The pre-cut grass is kept in a ziploc bag and since it’s pre-cut, for who knows how long, the grass is a greenish tan color. Wheat grass is supposed to be trimmed to order to preserve freshness and nutrients. The pineapple shooter was literally a one inch square of pineapple that I was charged $ 1 for. I wouldn’t describe the service at the register as friendly. The name leads you to believe that it’s a bakery, but it’s not. Apparently it was a bakery at one point, but the owners were too lazy to change the name. Final Thoughts: Wheat grass wasn’t fresh so it makes me wonder about the rest of the things they offer.

I really can’t believe I repeatedly spent about 7 or 8 dollars on an iced coffee drink, yet I did, and it was good. But, really, $ 8??? I was looking for a refreshing non-dairy iced coffee drink and the friendly staff suggested a dirty chai made with soy milk.(Sadly, no almond milk!) The dirty chai was absolutely delicious — 2 shots of espresso in an iced chai made with soy. I came back for another one before I left Charleston to drive back to Charlotte. But, again, the price???

Great little juice bar right in the center of historic Charleston! It was on the same block as our rented stay and so super convenient when I stopped by to grab a healthy morning juice right in the middle of my foodie crawl trip last weekend. It was the perfect antidote to the rest of the planned food extravaganza, and the owner and employees were warm & friendly. The space(had I not been grabbing and going) looked inviting too. My sister and I were able to sample a few different juices off of the menu(nice touch!) but both finally decided on the special that day(2÷7÷15), the Sewe Bobcat(Sweet potato, carrot, kale, ginger/turmeric, lemon). It was delicious: fresh-tasting with a little touch of sweetness from the sweet potato, and the ginger and turmeric were not too overpowering. If I lived local, I could see myself hitting this place up often!

What’s not to love? Whisk, located on Meeting Street, next to Charleston Place opens at 6:30 every day. They offer 16 signature coffee and expresso drinks in 12, 16 and 20 ounces, ranging from $ 1.99 to $ 5.30, creative 12oz fresh fruit smoothies for $ 6.50 and some of the best looking pastries on the peninsula. A large Arnold Palmer(ice tea and lemonade) was exactly what I needed to recharge before I hit Bsnana Republic. I wish Whisk would open a store in Mount P.

According to an employee, this place recently remodeled and changed from a lunch spot to a juice bar with some pastries and smoothies. We were drawn in by the cool name and outside appearance of the store. I was a little confused by the«Whisk» name as I thought it would be some sort of bakery focused café. I ended up ordering the Green Peace juice, which tasted fresh and delicious(even though it was premade in the early morning). The drink was well balanced and flavorful, and the staff was friendly. I returned a couple days later in the early evening to get another juice. Unfortunately, the drink was not as good, and the employee dumped some sort of gooey juice from a plastic container into a cup. I understand why they premake their drinks, but mine was certainly not fresh and should not have been served. All in all a mixed bag. At least they are bringing the juice concept to Charleston.

Friendly staff, had some tasty looking eclairs, and had decent sizes for coffee — not what you would expect from a fancy place! The coffee was tasty, though my mom complained that it was not hot enough. I didn’t have a problem with the temperature, though I did notice that I could immediately drink it without it being too hot. Not used to that, but it wasn’t bothersome since it was in Charleston in the summer! So decent place, wasn’t excited by it, didn’t dislike it, just somewhere that is decent to stop by to get some coffee. A-OK.

Alright, so we came here on a whim as we walked down Meeting Street. What caught our eyes was their theme of healthy juices infused with kale and other leafy greens. Ok, I’ll be really honest. We were actually attracted by their über-cheap«juicicles» that were the specials of the day. The whole health thing was actually just an added bonus. Hey, it was very hot that evening. We walked in and had a pleasant conversation with the staff there. Turns out, Whisk recently changed from its old lunch café concept into a juice bar. They’re trying to spread the word. Overall, their menu features a wide range of freshly-squeezed juices. What makes them somewhat unique than other juice bars is their emphasis on the availability of leafy greens, which are perfect for offsetting that inner guilt for indulging in one of their many baked products.
