I recently had the pleasure of working with Lou at Charlestown Self Storage. My husband and I needed a place to store our extra stuff and Lou was wonderful from start to finish helping us figure out what unit would be the best for us in terms of size and pricing.
He went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly how to get in and out of the building, that we knew where all the moving carts were, etc. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. In addition to the top notch customer service, the building is extremely clean, well kept and very secure. The fact that there is never a problem with parking is a huge plus as well. I would highly recommend Charlestown Self Storage to anyone!

I use Charlestown Self Storage for personal storage, I know they have corporate clients as well.
They offer the ability to reserve a unit on-​line which is super convenient but I went to the facility personally because I wanted to see the space before I signed up.
I give them 5 stars for their customer service, convenience, ample parking, reasonable rates and state of the art security (They not only have key card security and cameras they also have on site security overnight)
