Gross! The whole placed smelled like urine. The hotel manager walked us to our room… But the room was disgusting, I walked in and I didn’t want to touch anything. There was a full size fridge which was nice. The bed seemed like it could fall apart at any moment. The cabinets were falling apart. But when we checked in the manager was telling us that he keeps one night guests away from the extended guests becuase he knows they are up to no good back in their building. like what is with that, you are a manager and should be on top of it.

The sheets had yellow stains. Disgusting. All my stuff smells like smoke from staying in a «non-​smoking» room. It’s awful. The air vents were coated with thick layers of dust. Everything was terrible. Avoid it like the plague.

Drudge dealers, prostitution’s credit card stole. it’s simply my experience with this place .
My story starts when my work moved me from Indiana to Charlotte and I was looking for cheap place to stay in south Charlotte , I find that place on Craigslist for 99 per wk, when I arrived I find the catch to get that special I have to stay a weak with full price witch is 225 plus tax end up 2wks for 350. And the area not save at all dd and prostitution every where. I left my driver license and my credit card with front disk host and went to check the room and when I came back I find my credit was disappeared .the host denied that I gave her the credit and refused to check security camera i called the police and they went for me to check the security camera and fount out black lady took my card from the counter counter after I left to check the room .

1-​room was so bad smell like grave, TV not working and only one lamp working
2-​the manger over there call David his the worst manger ever he don’t know anything about customer service, he try to talk to over phone before police show up and kick my out because I said my credit was lost in his property and start to shout and use f word. I did right to hung up and waited for police to come out side. And when police show up he lied to police and said I was trying to accuse the front disk. And what really funny front disk girl told the police I was very proficiently and I did not accused her. So bad unprofessional manager.

HELL NO!!! Took a friend here who was looking for a cheap room for the night went to look at the room before he paid opened the door and bugs ran behind the sink. And the room smelled like a old car with a bad motor, a/​c sounded like a plane bout to take off. Don’t go please don’t go they need to tear this place down and start over.

The one nice thing I can say about Arlington Suites is that the management and staff were very nice. .. but that might just be the southern hospitality thing. I fell for the craigslist $ 99 a week special, which you have to stay for 2 weeks to actually get. I just couldn’t do it any more and checked out early, foregoing the $ 100 deposit. My toilet kept running and running, there were little cockroaches, the sheets felt like sandpaper, the furniture and carpet were very rundown. They mispelled the name of my guest at check-​in, so when mail arrived for them it was returned. They did allow pets for only $ 35 which is unbeatable for an extended stay. At the end of the day it came out to around $ 50 a night — you get what you pay for.

I wish I had read the earlier poster’s comments before I went here. I booked a room here relying on the Craigslist ad and found it to basically be the projects. Passed out drunks lying in puddles of stinking puke, strong smells of urine and garbage, really sketchy tenants. I imagine most of the tenants were formerly homeless. If you look at the ad, you will be fooled. Perhaps they have one room that actually looks like that, and they used tight camera angles to hide what was wrong with those rooms as well. the economy rooms are disgusting. In the rooms I was given to choose from the appliances did not work, the bathtub was stained a filthy gray, I saw vermin running around, and no cooking utensils of any kind were provided. Unbelievable!!! No matter how good the website looks, you MUST see every property that you hope to stay in before you give your CC info. The Arlington Suites website proclaims «your home away from home.» This is true if your home is a cardboard box under the interstate. Don’t get me wrong, the bed WAS a king-​size, and the TV worked, but as far as a «full-​service kitchen,» this doesn’t even come close. First of all, the kitchen sink was right next to the bathroom sink. There was no kitchen garbage can. There were no, plates, flatware, cups, saucers, glasses, pots nor pans. When I inquired about this, the very nice front desk attendant (she truly was) told me that, «we don’t supply those.» «How can one cook?,» I asked. She just shrugged her shoulders and stated that «there’s a lot listed on the website that we don’t have.» This is indeed true… The one thing that they DID have that website didn’t mention was the hot and cold running cockroaches that apparently were included in the price. That’s what did it for me. Also the «neighbors» looked a tad sketchy, and there’s a drive-​thru Wendy’s 50 feet from the property. If you are still considering staying here, please hit yourself in the head with a ball-​pean hammer and then get psychological help.
