Intown Suites Pressley Road

First picked this place for its price all while moving and looking for a home. I ended up only staying for a week at this extended type of hotel.
I checked out the room before I accepted it. Although I should have taken a closer look. It’s not that the area is all bad but let’s just say there are some unflattering looking people staying here. Kinda makes you question your safety of you and your valuables. Like complete bum/​unsanitary people type.
So then there is the room it self. For a twin bed, all you get for bedding is a worn out creaking mattress with one sheet and a comforter and awful bean filled pillows. Then you have a refrigerator that when it kicks on makes a dangerous ticking noise from behind it. Then the door knob to the bathroom door was not even installed right, it was broken with only one screw holding it on the door. So you can’t even open the door without pulling up on the handle. The. The running toilet… Anytime you finished using the toilet and flush it would refill constantly because the chain and plunger were getting caught in the seal also worn out too. Then the a/​c and heater unit. It was either turn it off or hot or cold. It was never on auto when it reached the desired set temp that knob control just spun around with out any effect or change.
Then the maid never came the whole time I was there to change out the bed sheets or supplied small towels. Only once to add aluminum foil to the stove pan then left.
I complained about all of this to the manager during check out and he said he will take my complaints up to his boss and I should be receiving a call and credit back.

The manager, Michael is not a people person. No personality what so ever. The rooms suck.

It sucks!!! My room didnt have a trash can! The couch bed was full of springs and cover! But it was roomy and had alot of channels no elevator or handicapped equivalent.

Need a place to stay for a week with out the crazy prices this is your place. Rooms are bigger then most extended stay hotels with a ton of tv channels. Staff is cool but like everywhere you always have that one who just rubs you the wrong way. Would stay here again if needed to, but have to be early they fill up quick.
