Good place for a good olé book. Selections are great. Well organized and staffs are great. Return policy are wonderful. I brought a couple of cookbooks and love it. I’m glad there’s places like this is still. Not everybody buy digital books, something it’s just nice to have a solid book full of papers in your hand!

kids section is pretty good. my only suggestion is the customer service. the clerks are way to laid back in the front. when it’s busy, they need to stop making conversation and keep it moving. i appreciate the return policy with no questions asked IF you pay with cash. But if you pay with a credit card, expect to be interoggated like you did something illegal.

I don’t know if they have millions of books at Books-A-Million, but they certainly have a lot. Most of them are the new releases and the recent releases. And a few other things that defy explanation. Angry Birds plushies. Memory sticks. Board games. Massive wall of magazines that is always well stocked and always current. Books-A-Million has a coffee shop with a small seating area. You’re welcome to read books here, but this is the only comfy spot in the shop. Parking is convenient, but you will have to cross a busy parking lane in order to get to your car. They’re *supposed* to stop, but you’ll want to make sure they see you before you step into the traffic.
