I just returned a bunch of stuff that I ordered online — several different orders were involved and they were all past three 30-​day deadline for returning online orders in-​store (I didn’t know there was such a deadline). The cashier was extremely helpful and pleasant, and took care of the return even though she didn’t technically have to. I left the store in a better mood than I’d entered. :)

This location doesn’t have a huge selection of clothes in my opinion however the employees provide the best customer service. I had a hard time locating a specific shirt and two employees went above and beyond to locate the shirt for me instead of telling me the usual «if you don’t see it on the floor then we don’t carry it!» I will definitely return to this location for more items at a later date.

Great selection, great sales, great customer service. Most all old navy stores are like this but I had one really good rep check me out and explain today’s sale and how it would show up on the receipt so I understood. Well done!
