The staff at Charlotte Rips takes a 1 – 1 approach to your fitness needs and works with you to achieve them. I can’t thank Vito enough for all he has done.

I have been working out with Charlotte RIPS for almost two years now– and I can’t get enough! The facilities are great but the knowledge and support of all the trainers are even BETTER! I am so thankful for this team and what they’ve done for me and the fitness goals I’ve achieved.

Starting this fitness journey with Mr. Zachary Scott has definitely been the best decision that I’ve made. The sessions are fun and challenging. The team and atmosphere at Charlotte Rips is the best motivation.

March 19,2014 I sat down with Vito to do my fitness assessment/​consultation weighing 193 lbs, needing to purchase size 14/​16s & XLs, & completely out of shape. April 2014 I started my journey not able to complete a push up but wanting to lose weight, get in shape, and be able to look «good» wearing a bikini. As a cancer survivor I truly just wanted to be healthy!
From April 2014-​present (yep, I’m still a faithful client with new fitness goals) I have watched my body transform! I’m still in shock by with my new body. I have lost over 30 lbs, inches, body fat %, & insecurities while gaining muscle, a new love for my «physically» fit body, education on the proper nutrition and fitness, that it will take to maintain my results, and an addiction to a fit lifestyle.
In August I was able to purchase 5 bikinis to celebrate my 35^th birthday & show off my new body in Jamaica! Replaced my entire wardrobe with my new size SM/​Med and 4/​6s! In September 2015, updated my goals to body building! I never expected anything less because I knew I was training with the best!

I’ve been working out for 4 years. Taking Yoga, TRX, and cardio. I was skeptical about finding a trainer, but I wasn’t making progress at the rate I thought I should. I found Zack at Charlotte Rips on line, and I’ve been working with him for 2 months now. I cannot believe I’m saying this, but I’ve dropped a whole size without changing my eating at all! (That’s a problem for me) I’m already so much stronger! My legs actually look more fit, even in jeans. The best part is, he’s patient and we have fun. Zack is so knowledgeable, I learn something every time. I’m so grateful I found a way to put the time in and have it show! I’m 46 years old and I’m getting in the best shape of my entire life.

Zack Scott is my trainer and I almost didn’t want to write a review because everyone will want to train with him and leave no space for me! Kidding of course, but he is great. When I see him, it is for 30 minutes twice a week and sometimes more depending on my schedule. He even made up a meal plan for me. I was training to go overseas and play lacrosse this past spring and he made me feel very in shape and ready to play. He is attentive and very cautious to what you would like to work on. I am personally not trying to become super muscular but I want to be in shape and healthy. He makes sure to work on specifics based on what I tell him I would like to do while also explaining why we do certain workouts in order to reach the goal I would like.

Zack had been training me for the past three months but by week two I was already getting compliments! He’s very patient but also motivates you to go for it! He was recommended by a friend of mine and I have no regrets. The price is very reasonable. I know I wouldn’t do half the exercises I really NEED to do without having a trainer. Zack not only trains you but will give you a food plan outline. He tailors to your fitness goals. He’s knowledgeable and will push you to do what you didn’t think was within your abilities. Highly recommended!

Vito and his team are amazing. Workout plans are customized for your needs and goals and not some template that a standard gym trainer would provide. Also a comfortable environment for anyone in any starting physical shape from novice to someone training to compete. You can’t get a more dedicated or experienced trainer!
