Visited the location on concourse a today and the three ladies that were working this morning at 9:30, Christmas morning, were fantastic and made my morning better! Merry Christmas y’all! I would definitely recommend a stop here on concourse a!

At 5:30 in the morning if you want to skip the line for *$, keep moving down towards the end of the A concourse. Cinnabon has the hot coffee and sugar you need. And I needed it. Sadly, only the coffee was decent and the«classic» bun with light frosting was not great. It had a texture that suggested it was not as fresh as it should have been. Half of it never made it onto the plane.

Everybody got the same #99cinnamonrollproblems that I do. I’m surprised there aren’t any AA-style meetings since we all have the same thoughts, but it seems people cope pretty good without cinna-lapsing too often. Perhaps the appeal of almost-calorie-free whiskey on the rocks is far more logical than the idea of glueing 700 calories to your ass repeatedly when burying your emotions. Chances are you probably feel dirty, but the temptation is just too much. That stupid smell of theirs that permeates the air. Me trying to make excuses. Good me: «Don’t do it. You work too hard to waste all that work on this.» Bad me: «You won’t eat the whole thing.» Good me: «They smell better than they really are.» Bad me: «Just eat one of these instead of lunch.» Buns here are not soft and pillowy. They don’t taste fresh, and they’ve been hardening under the heat lamp. I like how they’re not super sweet, but it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. Service counter was really nice. Well, «good me» on my right shoulder is slapping herself on the knee and«lol-ing» since she was right. I regret getting one. In doing so, I thought of words that one would hope an ex would never use… «It really wasn’t very good anyway.»

Cinnabon has changed! I ordered the pecan garment Cinnabon and it wasn’t as good as I remember. It was bland and kinda dry! I hope this was just a fluke! Cinnabons are one of my favs. I haven’t given up on them yet! Maybe it was just this location.

Why did I do this to myself??? A weeks worth of cardio gone with just a few bites of this evil little treat. Poof! I was just siting there in one of those nice little rocking chairs in the main atrium minding my own business and the aroma of freshly backed buns drew me in… what was I thinking? Obviously with my gut since I just added a roll on top of my existing roll… The Cinnabon itself was just ok, a bit stale on the outside. This is probably a good thing because I didn’t finish it and hopefully won’t be tempted to try another in the future. The coffee was good and hit the spot. The 2 ladies working the shop were absolutely lovely…

I think I eat cinnamon rolls once every 4 years. And it’s not because I don’t like them, it’s mainly because I like them TOO much. On the last leg of our flight home from vacation I felt like one last naughty splurge and ordered a medium sized roll. They did have the slightly crusted over look of food that had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long but I didn’t care, the smell had already seduced me. A sweet old lady gave me a super gooey serving and I immediately stuffed it into my mouth. Obviously, it was edible(it’s hard to screw up cinnamon, sugar and carbs) but it was not the BEST it could’ve been. First, it was room temperature. Secondly, it was stale. I still ate the whole thing of course but I felt a little dirty afterward. *Note: This Cinnabon is in the Atrium of airport near the BBQ place and Genghis stir fry.

Horrible! $ 8.00 for cold old cinnamon rolls then tried to see if they would give new ones and the employee was rude and said they are all that way and they can microwave them after microwave even worse now chewy like eating rubber this place sucks and customer service even worse !

Not much available near my gate at airport so I succumbed to a roll and a coffee. The cinnamon roll was warm but hard and inedible. Coffee was the worst I’d had in a while. I’ll skip all Cinnabons in the future.

…just tried it for fun(can’t remember ever trying it before). The cinnamon roll choices were scarce at the time I went, and it was ‘ok’ — can’t say I’ll try it again, especially in finding a rather addictive cinnamon bun flavored ice cream in the grocery store(think cookie dough… but with cinnamon buns…)

Awesome cinnamon bun. Totally broke my diet by eating it, but it was worth it!

I’d just arrived after flying for 5 hours overnight on a red eye from Seattle, it was 7:30 in the morning and I was hungry. Many of the shops in this airport were still closed, but then what did I smell? That familiar odor of warm, sweet, gooey and chewy Cinnamon goodness that can only mean one thing: There is a Cinnabon nearby, and they have freshly made Cinnabons! My mouth began watering and I felt my pace pick up as I saw the sign and began to walk quickly toward it. Should I get the classic Cinnabon, or the row of succulent little Cinnabon bites? Well, the Cinnabon is usually a bit less messy than the bites, especially if you eat it with utensils. Yes, that’s what I’ll have, with a nice bottle of lowfat milk to wash the whole thing down! It was just as yummy as I was expecting it to be, though after several bites it got to be a bit too rich and gooey, and I began to feel guilty about imbibing this many sinful calories and this much sugar. Luckily my flight didn’t take off for another hour and 15 minutes, which I spent walking every inch of this airport, some of it twice, in an effort to burn off as many of the calories in that Cinnabon as I could before boarding my next flight. Damn you, sweet Cinnabon. Damn you!

Got a hot chocolate n the lady gave me half of cup full! When I ask her why is she missing half of cup, she said«if I put more water then it won’t taste good» what a bad customer service!!!

Cinnabon tempts me before every early morning flight. Why haven’t I learned my lesson? They smell sooooo good that I don’t even try to resist but with the first bite I immediately start to regret it. They just taste gross. After slogging through a few bites I invariably decide that I have made a bad decision and, hands covered in gooey cinnabon grease, toss it in the nearest trash can. At least their coffee is good.

Cinnabon’s sweet roll with tea seemed to have won my breakfast affection between flights from Seattle to Miami. Warm, gooey, mouthwatering goodness before an airport yoga session… Yummy!
