Minus 1 star as you can’t give zero stars on a review( Unilocal that should be an option). Do not shop at this store. It’s so bad, the service and the predator sales people that they deleted their original Unilocal listing b/c 99% of the reviews are bad. We bought a dishwasher, called to return it b/c it didn’t dry dishes sufficiently, about a month later and after I blasted them on FB, Tweeter and found their CTO’s contact info they finally had someone contact me that could«help». Dishwasher was replaced(note they wanted to charge us restocking and delivery fees but kindly waived them after a month dealing with them). Dishwasher was installed by an incredible delivery and installation crew(Conn’s should change business models and just offer delivery and installation services b/c that’s all they have done correctly). Less than two weeks later the dishwasher stops working. An error pops up every time we start a load. Now I’m pissed b/c did they sell us a refurbished dishwasher? So we call and report the issue to the service department, they want me to take off work to wait on a service guy in my area and use my warranty. Oh no, this is within my 30 day period, replace it. They will not replace b/c it’s broken, WTF! So I tell them to come and get it. I’m done. They cannot b/c it’s broken. Now I’m waiting on some underpaid CSR person to process a ticket(this was entered in late Tuesday and I have not heard from them and it’s Wednesday of the following week). So what does a girl do besides hand wash dishes? 1) create a new Unilocal page for Conn’s 2) post the horror story 3) Tweet the horror story 4) send the story to every news outlet and online blog/vlog(Reddit, BuzzFeed, Yahoo, Angie’s List, MommyReport, SafeBuy, GoodBadBuy) 5) make it my mission in life to sever the relationship with Conn’s 6) tell every person I know that if you want 800 vacation days but no satisfaction in your job, work for Conn’s

I got lucky and got a good deal on a manager’s special couch with a small rip on one of the cushions. It was also marked as the wrong product, but they honored the lower price tag on the couch. I expected them to do that, but I would not have been surprised if that had not which is just the vibe of the place. It is sales guys working on commission, and they definitely want you to finance with them because my guy was visibly disappointed when I said I pay with a credit card. It has been a few months and I forget my salesman’s name, but he was very green and no one had trained him well. He quoted me the wrong delivery fee(it was $ 50 more than he said) and didn’t know that they did not deliver on some days of the week(I think Wed-Thurs). Speaking with his manager at the end, it was clear the manager didn’t like the sales guy and was setting him up to fail. That’s no way to treat someone! Overall I’d give my experience 3 stars only because I got lucky on a clearance couch. So maybe check the manager’s specials and if you don’t like anything run out the door as fast as you can?

I bought a refrigerator here a little less than a month ago and I had a really great experience with Dustin. He was knowledgeable and not too pushy. Delivery was a dream, and then a few weeks later, the refrigerator went on sale and I called back and talked to Dustin and he adjusted the price for me. It was an over $ 500 savings and he told me good job for catching it. I was beyond excited and relieved that they did it with no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone! Especially since they do in store financing with zero % financing.

Terrible customer service! They attack you on walking in the store & nothing is in stock. You have to drive to the warehouse 6 miles away to pick up. «Conn» artist store. They are a rip-off! Beware and stay away! They prey on low income people with their financing deals! Save your money and go somewhere else!
