I purchased an Amazon Local deal for a 3 hr cleaning, and shortly before it expired, I called to schedule the cleaning. Since the coupon was set to expire in 3 days, Linda was unwilling to honor the coupon value because the actual service was set to take place after the expiration date. I have had all other companies honor the promotional value if the service was scheduled prior to the expiration date, however Linda was completely unwilling to show any flexibility on this, and only agreed to provide 1 hr of service, as required for the $ 49 I paid for the coupon. Her reasoning was «policy,» however as the owner of her own company, that excuse does not carry much weight, as she has the authority to do as she pleases and she obviously chose not to be flexible here. She maintained a pleasant tone throughout our conversation, however the entire interaction left me feeling very frustrated. I will not be using her services at all for future cleaning due to this experience.

Overall Green Thumb did a great job cleaning my home.
There were a few minor issues (some things left untouched/​not dusted or cleaned) and the correspondence with Linda via phone and email were a bit unprofessional and unorganized.

I would highly recommend GreenThumb. Linda is awesome to work with and does a great job!

I bought a Groupon for this company. They came yesterday and this was the worst cleaning (if you can call it that) we have ever experienced. They did not even have a vacuum and had to borrow ours along with window cleaner! Without going into a lot of detail, let me just say I had to clean behind them. Sorry I wasted even &45 on them.
