J V Nails Spa

Been here twice; both times I had very little wait which was great. However, the first time, I got a mani/​pedi. The polish from the pedi was completely (literally) gone after about a week. Normally polish lasts about 3 weeks on my toes. Thought it was just a fluke so went back a second time; got gel on hands and feet. Even with 3 coats on my nails, the gel polish started peeling at the base within 6 days!!! So I will not be going back!

Eureka! I’ve finally found a nail spot that I love and enjoy going to that’s near my home. I’ve been here three times and I’ve had a different nail technician each time. It impressed me that each one is fully capable to do whatever kind of design (s) (not usually the norm at most nail salons) and shape your nails beautifully.
Also of note, every time I’ve been here there’s always a demand for eyebrow waxing. I overheard a woman exclaim how she ONLY allows the JV staff to touch her eyebrows.
The staff is so friendly and truly make coming there a pleasure.

Always a wonderful experience at J V Nails. They provide a great service in a clean environment. I never have to wait, and I’m consistently pleased with their work. Definitely recommend.

This salon is fantastic when there are not many customers. If they are particularly busy, your experience will suffer because they take shortcuts and rush you out the door and you can be left unsatisfied. The language barrier can be quite difficult if you are doing anything above a standard service (i.e. special nail color, technique, design) and they aren’t very accomodating. The eyebrow waxing is the best for the money!

The salon is really quick and they don’t keep you waiting long. I love getting my eyebrows done here. They wax them with a wax pen and then fill them in with make up.
They normally always offer you a drink during your service also. (Wine soda or water).
I just wish they had a more vibrant selection of colors.

I recently had a mani and pedi at this place. I have been going to them for more than year now. I normally do shellac on my hands but decided to go with regular polish.
I had them done on Tuesday and by the time i got home i already had chip and next day the whole polished peeled off from most of my nails. So i went there Thursday to get them repainted and i explained to them what happened. Instead of saying sorry we will fix it, she is arguing thats how regular polish is and you should do shellac.
Not the first time I am putting nail polish on my hands, i can understand in chipping but not to have the whole polish just peel off from my nails.
I will never go back to this place, they obviously do not care to keep their customer happy especially when you go to them regularly.
I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place they are very nice and always offer a drink. They do MORE than other salons when doing pedicures and manicures yet for the same price. They are always thorough and I dont have to wait long.

I had been coming here for almost 6 months, being new to the area and looking for a good place to relax and treat myself. The business here was only decent from the beginning, though they were very clean so that kept me coming back. They often gossiped about each other to me which made me uncomfortable. What finally broke me of going there was my last visit. I went in for a pedicure, and they had my feet soaking in COLD water for over half an hour. I walked away without being serviced, and will not return. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
