Lee Spa Nails

I bought a Groupon for a Gel Manicure. I walked in and it was filthy and very dirty. There were nail clipping all over the floors and the place were you get your nails done. The chemical odor was so overwhelming. I felt lighted headed and nausea. The Gel Polish they use is very poor quality and lasted less than a day. They hold conversations with their peers and ignore you. I called Groupon and soon as I arrived home. They were very accommodating. They were gone to launch investigation into this matter.

I bought a group on for gel manicure. When l went the girl said l had acrylic which l did not and said the groupon did not cover acrylic. I told her they were gel and she argued that they were acrylic. She told me to get a refund from groupon bec it was not covered. I left there and went to another salon who did my gel nails with out a fight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON! THEY WERE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

We were walk-​ins and everyone was very accommodating! I got a great gel manicure for just $ 20! Great service and friendly atmosphere, definitely the go to nail salon!

Horrible experience. Have been here numerous times in the past when visiting Charlotte. My aunt actually turned me on to this place a few years back. Just moving to Charlotte a month ago I decided to go back, but that was my last visit! Upon walking in no one greeted me, they were busy but it doesn’t take but a second to say hello. Finally after 45min of waiting I was seated and immediately the nail technicians had an attitude when asked if they could not drill my shellac off but instead File the bet top coat and let me soak. I had no probably sitting and waiting to soak my nail, that’s the only way to ensure my nails don’t become brittle and break (this has happened before). The manager ended up doing my nails. and instead of using a tool to get the shellac off he used his FINGER NAILS never have I ever experienced this. If I wanted that I could of taken my nails off myself! Needless to say after 3 days of having shellac my nails chipped and a week in 3 nails broke on the side. Although the shellac manicure is $ 20 it was a cheap job. I was generous to give them even one star! Never again will I go back again!

Terrible service. Went with a friend and used a groupon for shellac. The man that did my nails was not nice and didn’t speak. I don’t think he knows English bc I asked him twice to add more glitter and showed him he didn’t paint parts of several nails and he completely ignored me. He hurt me scraping under my nails with his long nails I flinched and even said ouch but again I was ignored– he should NOT be doing nails. Terrible job even after I finally got him to add more polish he still didn’t cover the whole nail. I gave up. Will never go back. Sidenote though– the lady who did my friends nails did a great job.

Brian did an excellent job on my fill-​in with gel polish. I specifically asked for a dark navy blue matte and got exactly what I wanted. I’m highly picky and I have sensitive nails. He’s the first one to not burn me with the drill. His professionalism was top notch and he was a good conversation. Looking forward to becoming a regular. :)

Don’t waste your money. I’ve had several manicures/​pedicures in my lifetime, and the service here was surely the worst. They were rude. Jenny HURT my foot when she was shaving off the calluses because SHE WAS LOOKING THE OTHER WAY. Not even paying attention to what she was doing. That happened twice. I usually do my gel nails at home, but thought I’d give myself a treat by going here. Wrong. I could have done better than Lien. My fingernails were filed crooked, as were one of my toenails — if I hadn’t noticed and had Jenny straighten it out. Very unhappy with the service here. Groupon or not, I will NOT go back.

I just spent a few minutes wiping away the polish under my nails after getting my nails done This place is just below average. My nail technician was not too friendly. After saying I wanted a polish change, she asked if I wanted a pedicure. Ummm, no thanks. Then while doing my nails, she asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. Ummm, no thanks. Guess that’s par for the course. Overall, this place wasn’t great. Nothing great, nothing too bad. Just a little sloppy.

Had a coupon which was nice, but even if they did my nail for free, I would not take them up on the offer. They were rude and did an awful job. Would not recommend and will not be back.

Had groupon for shellac manicure and it was awful! It started peeling after less than a week and chipped within the first day for no reason since I don’t do much with my nails or hands. Service was also terrible. It was a rainy day and they were empty but they still rushed me and did a sloppy job. Do not go here!

I went here because I bought a groupon. The service is horrible! The lady who was doing my nails didn’t speak to my at all. She was on her phone the whole time. She did a horrible job. My gel polish which usually lasts 2 weeks started peeling within 5 days. Do not go here!

This was not the best experience. My friend and I purchased a groupon for lee nail salon and will not be returning after our experience. Not only did they do a poor job, but then proceeded to charge me for taking off my old nail polish without telling me until I went to pay. They were not helpful about this and quite rude. The nail filing is completely uneven and the polish was put on quickly and carelessly. Just an overall bad experience and I don’t recommend this particular salon.

Just wanted to update from my previous review! Helen is awesome. I highly recommend you ask for her. she will take care of you and make your nails look beautiful!

Had a groupon for the shellac manicure and my nails look amazing! Will definitely be back. She was fast and if I hadn’t been strained for time I would have gotten a pedicure too.

It is fantastic to have a nail tech that is committed to providing great service!!! After months and months of trying different techs in different locations… Lee Spa Nails provides the best.
