Love this store and its brand! they now have sales all the time so you can always get a great deal on a hip classic bag. Staff here is the best. Always super helpful. No problems with returns ever. Such a happy place. So glad you are in clt!

LOVE this location!
The staff is knowledgeable, I can bring a bag in from years ago and they know the model and color. They are so helpful in trying on apparel and looking for accessories.
My son bought his girlfriend a bag and wallet for her birthday and they spent quite a bit of time showing him the various attributes of many different items that he was interested in. I was really impressed with the honest opinions and how they showed him a certain two handle bag would be more vexing as an everyday choice than the one handle bag he ended up selecting. And his girlfriend loves the bag, by the way!
Anytime I have had an issue with a product they have taken care of it quickly, professionally and made me feel valued long after the transaction of purchase was complete. I truly appreciate that!
Fun, fresh and yet still so classic – can’t go wrong with Kate Spade!

I LOVE Kate Spade. LOVE. I’ve been a fan since I saw my first bag in New York City over 12 years ago. The employees in this store are always friendly. They do a good job of letting you browse without bothering you yet they magically appear if you need to ask a question or see a shoe in your size. The bright colors and design of the store are wonderful.

I’ve recently become obsessed with the Kate Spade brand. Expensiiiive, but you’re paying for the name, quality, etc.
The shop itself is pretty small; however, they pack a lot into this little space. They feature handbags, wallets, jewelry, shoes, phone cases, & more. Everything is neatly displayed, although you may have to search /​dig around for the price (s).
The employees, while busy, acknowledged everyone & made comments are item (s) they were looking at. While I like that at times, I don’t need to be complimented on every item that catches my eye.
Unfortunately, this high-​end brand doesn’t have many specials /​coupons /​mark downs in the store.
