Dave B. came out this weekend to take care of our HVAC issue. Aside from going above and beyond (which is what I’ve come to know and appreciate about service with Killingsworth), he explained each step of the way and tolerated my dogs barking incessantly at him to boot! Dave’s professionalism started the moment he put his shoe covers on before entering the house and remained through his apologizing for the slow credit card reader (which literally was «slow» in taking less than a minute to boot up!). We trust Killingsworth with our unit as they have proven to take the time to correctly diagnose, repair, and go the extra mile to ensure things are running properly when they leave.

This visit from Blake was my second experience with Killingsworth and their relatively new HVAC business.
Last time they came to do a check up on my AC and during the check up found a small gas leak in the attic which had evaded me for weeks. On top of that they did a great job cleaning outdoor unit which clearly had not been disassembled and cleaned in years if ever in its 9 years of life.
Today was the same level of professionalism and no drama. Lots of education offered and adjustments made to dampers to get hot air where it should go.
Bottom line I am very pleased with this maintenance service as proven by the fact that I took the time to write this. Not something I would do if not a 10 out of 10 experience.

While initially happy with the service, I was extremely disappointed that when we loved 8 miles away and still in the service area, they would not finish out the year contract at our new home. I paid a lot of money and they only came to my other house once to spray, it wouldn’t have killed them to come spray at my new home. Because I’m a renter and don’t know if I will be here for lie than a year, I am going to find pest control that either charges by visit or will follow you to your new location… asked for a prorated refund and was refused.

Best customer service in the pest control and HVAC business in Charlotte. We got 3 estimates done on our HVAC system since the entire thing had to be replaced, and this was the only company that actually gave us an estimate on a quote with their letter head. The other two gave us the estimates over the phone and wanted us to write everything down or on notebook paper. Both the pest control (we had carpenter bees) and our HVAC system was taken care of within 24hrs. With it being 95 – 100 degrees outside we were very thankful for the timely service. While working on the HVAC system they were there for 12hrs since everything had to be taken out and replaced with new. I cannot say enough about their customer service and how impressed we were. They also were the only company we talked to that had payment plan options. If you are in need of either pest control or HVAC service definitely call Killingsworth!

We absolutely LOVE using Killingsworth! They have the most amazing customer service not only with pest control, but every service we’ve needed from them. We can tell you how many times we’ve called Matt or Mike for an «emergency» and they’ve helped us almost immediately. We really appreciate everything you’ve done and continue to do for us. We would recommend them to anyone, for any service. They truly are the best.

Killingsworth is great! I found them through a coworker and I needed both pest control and hvac maintenance on my house.
Alan Gutierrez is awesome! He is courteous, on time and helpful. I appreciate his professionalism and thorough knowledge. I recommend their company and Alan for consistent customer service.
