Radbourne Lake Apartments

An idyllic setting nestled in the woods with a 4-​acre pond for a view! Quiet neighbors, right-​sized floor plans, an attentive maintenance staff, close to major businesses and shopping centers; what more could one need?! Patti and her staff make you instantly feel welcomed at your new home! The whole touring to application to move-​in was seamless with assistance throughout. Apartment living at it’s finest, highly recommended!

Do not move here! I had a nightmare like experience. From loud banging noises at all hours of day and night to smoke, mold and no follow up with maintenance calls. Patti Maier the office manager is extremely unprofessional and shady. The community is gated but the gate is often broken and unauthorized vehicles will follow you through the gate. Community is not child friendly and the Elementary school David Cox is not where you want your child to be. You actually have to put the trash in your car’s trunk or hood and drive to go drop it off. The leasing office has a high rate of turnover, you will always see new incompetent people.

Pros: The setting is gorgeous, grounds well kept, able to secure apt. from out of town without too much trouble, quiet surroundings, don’t hear upstairs neighbors too much, pet friendly, good sized storage room, short distance to freeways, close to grocery stores, short distance to mall and any other shopping needs, good restaurants near by.
Cons: my apartment was dirty upon arrival (finger prints on switch plates and windows, mold on tub, painted over lint on shelf in laundry area etc…) Initially management was helpful but don’t complain more than once. Contacted corporate offices with one response after 3 tries and then no follow up, poor upkeep — they just paint over everything and painters aren’t neat, debris– cigarette ashes, dog hair) falls from upstairs porch on to mine because there are gaps between floor boards.
Comments: I usually rent privately owned condos so I can only relate my experiences to that. Basically this apartment feels like a glorified long stay hotel room. Everything is taken care of the cheapest and easiest way. There must be at least 40 coats of paint on the walls. It’s been painted over so many times doors don’t close properly. They renovated at some point which makes it look nice when you first see it but then you see what a crappy job it was. Overall, moving from out of town I just needed a place in this area. I will see my lease out but then get out!
