Horrible place to live. Management staff never responds to issues with your apartments. People at the office are always rude to their residents and treat you like dirt if you ask for anything. Don’t move here if you are a potential UNCC student or a local person looking for a place to live near your workplace. There are plenty of places that will give you the respect you deserve as a resident. This place needs new management period. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible.
