Just moved here and looking for dog-friendly locations (Charlotte SADLY lacks!) … this fit the bill … almost. Not being able to fully walk around the lake was a disappointment even though I understand the condo’s /apartment’s policy. This would be a great location for a doggie day care so you could hang out with your dog … and also shop!
I liked the stores that are there but really surprised at the high vacancy rate and the fact that it’s rare that someone posts on Unilocal about this location.
Does management have any plans to revitalize???

Good stuff. Perfect for nice evening. Costs 10 bucks for 30 mins. It’s very tiring so you can’t go over 30 mins. Accepts cash only.

This is my favorite place in charlotte, with my grandmothers nursing home across the street and me traveling all the time on an fixed amount to spend per city it’s great too just sit by the pond and people watch.
