Horrible service!!! I scheduled an appointment for eye check up over phone and they took all my Insurance details (Insurance name, type, Subscriber #, Vision group #) and confirmed my appointment. On reaching the venue I am told that the Vision Insurance that i am holding is not covered by them! Such a waste of time and money! They are so casual about it!!! Never visit to these ignorant folks! They don’t deserve a single star.

Have been a patient of Dr. Wichnoski for several years. The staff is always courteous, the office is always neat and clean, and I am always seen in a timely manner. Dr. Wichnoski does a thorough job and doesn’t attempt to up-​sell anything. Highly recommend.

Dr. David Wichnoski was my eye doctor in Charlotte for several years before I relocated to Raleigh. He has two locations, this one near Quail Hollow at the intersection of Rea and Colony Roads, and another location uptown in the BB&T building (Overstreet Mall).
Dr. Wichnoski is very personable and thorough, and very good at explaining things in laymen’s terms. His staff is friendly, which is a big deal for me. I still have and use a pair of dark red-​framed Nicole Miller glasses I LOVE, which one of his staff members helped me choose the frames for, which I have no desire to replace. My contact lenses always arrived in 3 – 4 days when they ordered them.
If you’re in Charlotte, I definitely recommend Dr. Wichnoski.
