Not the place to go if you have insurance. They have a great selection of glasses, but way overpriced so that your insurance hardly makes a dent. They advertise buy one get one, which brings the price down. But that’s only for non-insurance holders. They also told me incorrect info regarding my insurance which would have make it even more expensive. I’m glad I was aware of my own benefits. Always know your benefits before you ask a sales person here.(or anywhere really)

This place was most unhelpful. Or incompetent. Take your pick. My wife went here after getting her prescription from across the hall at Vision Care Associates. The two are not affiliated, they are just in the same building, but the convenience does not outweigh the idiocy. They told her that her eye exam($ 99) has been applied to her $ 140 contact lens allowance from VSP and that she would only be covered for a single box of contacts for one eye. My wife left in tears and they made no attempt to fix it. I then called Vision Care Associates and VSP to sort things out and figured out that the exam and the contact allowance are two separate things and that she can still get the contacts covered by insurance. You would think, for someone who’s only job is to help people navigate their insurance and sell contact lenses that they would know a few things about one or the other. But apparently not.
