be prepared to wait, I always do. anytime of day. I also waited at the window for almost 3 minutes with the cashier’s back to me as he took someone’s order. they could at least acknowledge you, even if they can’t take your payment. drinks are good and it’s the only drive thru around though so I guess that’s all that matters in the end.

I absolutely love this Starbucks, I’ve been ordering the same drink for roughly over fifteen years. Every time I come into this Starbucks my drink is made correctly & if something is a tad off, they always seem to fix it for me. I’ve been to Starbucks (like many) all over the US & this has been one of my favorites. They know how to make a latte without the expresso being bitter. I always drive the extra distance just to come to this location.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I made the mistake of going here last Friday (²⁄₁₂), and with only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-​thru line, it took 14 minutes to get to the window. They are so slow and make so many mistakes at this location that it takes forever to get anything.
My chai latte, which I ordered extra-​hot, was barely lukewarm when they handed it to me. The time on the sticker was 14 minutes prior to me getting it. I had ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and the idiot at the window waited until I pull up to her to tell me that they are out of that particular sandwich, and ask me if I want a different one. There’s another 3 – 5 minutes waiting.
Two drinks, two sandwiches, $ 20. Who else is that expensive? Then, for the service and quality of the items to be THAT bad is a complete slap in the face.
I’m done with this location — I will never go back there. Too many decent places in the area to waste my time there.

The slowest service ever in Charlotte! The past two times I’ve been here they have skipped over my order or had it waiting by the drive-​through window. The baristas are too busy gossiping too care when I tell them they’ve forgotten my order.

Every time I come here I am stuck in a line, I am in one right now, have been waiting for fifteen minutes because they refuse to fix the drive through and parking situation, if you want coffee this is definitely NOT the place to come unless you have 30 minutes to spare and don’t mind being consistently late for work.

This is my go to starbucks. i have been going here for about 8 years
I hate going anywhere else cause they always make my order wrong. Everyone in here is so cheerful and sweet! I know almost all of the baristas’ name… except the new manager’s… she seems like she is always in a bad mood. Every time she takes my order, I feel like i need to request someone else to take my order because she always seems agravated and grumpy. She makes it so obvious that she doesn’t like me… because every time i come in she gives me an attitude. Also, whenever my order is ready, she doesnt even bother calling it out or handing it to me, she just tosses it on the counter right in front of me…
One day i waited 30 mins… for a very berry hibiscus … I waited patiently & when 30 mins went by, I asked one of the sweet baristas if I should come back to get my drink cause it was taking forever (just for juice and berries), she told me to wait a sec and asked the manager, the manager looked at me and claimed that she already made it and called it out… I sat right at the bar and watched them… and I’m 100% sure that she did not make my drink…
The only bad experiences that I have had at the Starbucks always includes the manager… sad :(

Good coffe bad service the manager is the first disrespectful one. The take the order wrong then charge you to fix their mistake I got charge .54 cents for fixing their wrong size issue after they made the mistake. Called the district manager she did nothing go figure.

This location almost always makes the best drinks compared to most others in the area. Usually go here in the morning 3 – 5 times a week. Staff is always friendly and doesn’t ever get understaffed like some. Location is also great, close to my work (Whitehall), right beside Ayrsley and right off of 485.

They made the best coffee!!!

I love Starbucks, and this location is my favorite one in the area. The baristas are beyond friendly and personable. My lattes are always perfect and the drive-​thru is a bonus for when my pup likes to join me for a drive!

I’ve gone to this location via their drive thru dozens of times over the past eight years and sadly it has steadily been going downhill. I don’t think it’s the employees’ fault necessarily because I’ve noticed they are busier and busier with less and less help. It used to feel more personal but of late it feels more like a fast food drive thru. It’s unfortunate because Starbucks is expensive and I expect the service to be better like it used to be.
The corporate office needs to review it’s business model. You can’t keep raising prices, reducing your staff and expect people to keep coming back.
Something about this particular location is that the espresso has a burnt taste sometimes.

I always anxiously await fall. the chai latte with pumpkin spice is my favorite. Sometimes the chair latte could be a hotter, but no real complaints.

Took a bit to get through the drive-​thru but drink tastes good and associate was nice :)

Best Coffee, and in a chain Franchise!!!
I’ve been to a couple of different Starbucks locations in my past, both in Charlotte ans Rock Hill. But this is by far my favorite location. It does get busy at times, but what Starbucks doesn’t?! The staff here is really friendly and even remember the names of some of the regulars. I always come here and get a Flat White with Caramel for my girlfriend and I always mix it up. The Buckys is in a prime location on possibly on of the most commuted streets in the city with multiple entry points. And if that’s not enough, for those who are into «Gaming» it’s the same building as the Gamestop! A little off topic but they have the traditional Starbucks look and feel, they have the scanner that reads your phone for those who utilize the app, and by far the nicest staff I’ve come across at a Buckys franchise. I am always and definitely coming back for the customer experience and great morning pick-​me-​ups.

Always done drive thru here but it’s always good. Friendly staff, good drinks and they keep the line moving.

The staff here were very friendly! I had a free drink on my card and the barista gave me a suggestion of something to add to my drink, too! Awesome job!
I think out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve been to in Charlotte, this and East Blvd are my favorite locations.

It has the Best staff of all the star bucks stores in charlotte.

On a busy Saturday, the bf & I were craving the fall favorite, «Salted Caramel Mocha Frappacino», & luckily this location has a drive-​thru. However, it’s the location that bf hits up in the mornings during work.
From the quick ordering process, to the fun guys at the window, they made it fun. There were two young baristas & were really friendly & comical. We discussed our love for this yummy cool treat & they even gave us a free salted caramel cake pop to try.
If all their employees are as friendly & fun as these two were, this Starbucks is definitely worth repeat visits.

Starbucks with a drive through. Smaller seating area, but there are some very comfy «high traffic» seats by the front door. There is also a hidden table further back near the bathrooms.
As this shop is on the drive into Charlotte from the south and also on the way to the Interstate, it is usually quite busy with commuter traffic. If you have the time to hang around, it’s worth watching the flow of people.

I always take the wrong turn when I’m heading here. This store is located in the same strip mall as Don Pedro and Game Stop.
The people here are very friendly, but unlike the Starbucks on Arrowood they don’t give free samples.
Tip: They both have a drive-​thru window.
