First time going here. All I wanted was partial highlights and a cut. I asked when I got there how long it’d take and was told 1 ½ hours when it turned out to be 3 ½ hours. I had to rush and leave just to make it to my birthday dinner. She asked how I wanted my hair cut and didn’t even put layers that I wanted. Parts of my hair at the top are not highlighted so I can’t part my hair where I USUALLY part it, and someone at work told me parts of my blonde highlights looked green. Not happy.
