The Joint – Mallard Creek

I’ve been wanting to check this place out on the referral of a co-​worker. I checked the website and read over reviews and found the best location for me. Today was the best day for me to visit the location. I arrived at the location at 5:44pm to my surprise the girl at the front desk tells me «we take our last first time patient at 5:30 and our hours our 10:00am-7:00pm.» I replied I know the hours I’ve viewed them and nowhere online does it say new patients need to be there by a certain time. She didn’t say anything thing else or check because it was empty. Simply said I won’t go back to ever be a «first time anything there». Sorry traffic sucks and don’t call yourself walk-​in if you’re truly not!

I always have great customer service as soon as I walk in the door until I leave. Dr. Laura Peterson is always upbeat and has a positive attitude. She listens and talks with you about your daily activity to get a great understanding of what’s going on with your body. I’ve been to three other chiropractors and Dr. Peterson and her staff have been the best. Oh and I feel great after every visit!

Well Dr Robinson is approved! I was gimping coming in and walking straight on the way out! I wish I lived here. We were passing thru town and I told my huney to pull in. Till next time!

I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Peterson. I was extremely skeptical about going to a chiropractor because my pain stemmed from my neck and the idea of «adjusting» my neck was a little daunting. I was convinced that my pain was my muscle tissue, but after 3 weeks of pretty severe pain and several massages, I decided to go to a chiropractor. I was overwhelmed with who to go to, but decided to go to Dr. Peterson after receiving multiple recommendations for her. I was VERY happy I chose Dr. Peterson. Not only was she extremely pleasant to speak with, but she was able to describe and locate my pain easily. She understood my hesitation and took her time to ensure I was comfortable. After she adjusted me, I felt instant relief! I was completely blown away by how well I felt afterwards! I was really impressed by her knowledge and passion for her job. I do not ever write reviews, but I felt this was necessary given the great experience I had with Dr. Peterson. I would certainly recommend her for anyone in search of a great chiropractor. I will definitely be going back!
