Great location, great service.
I came here to send back a pair of shoes. The staff member helped me with getting an appropriate size box and even taped it up for me to ship along with the return label.
The store was on the small side, but very clean and bright. Items were well stocked and perfectly organized.
I’m just glad that they stay open til 7. Even though I went right before closing, I wasn’t treated like I was intruding. I will be returning here for my shipping needs mainly due to the great customer service.

Awesome Customer Service,
I pick up packages for my church weekly and I have to drive quite a ways, I was telling my church member that we should change locations, closer to our church but the customer service I receive from this store is WOW! Not saying that I wouldn’t get the same service from any other UPS store, but this one in Davis Lake is very special. All the young men are great in helping you in anyway they can. When you come through the door the bell rings and they are up and coming to service you. I shared it with my sister who sales Avon and she said YES, I take my Avon orders there and she said she receives the same service. UPS Store in Davis Lake you ALL rock, be Bless.

Have to give this place high marks. I come here often and have NEVER had any problems. They email when my box rental is about to run out. I am also able to call when I don’t feel like driving over to see if there’s any mail. Able always checks to let me know whether there is anything without any objection or attitude. The guys here actually seem happy to help. ALWAYS. If you have packages to send, come here.

As useful as these stores are, it bothers me that they charge for tape and other frivolous charges… I understand that the economy has changed how folk run their business but geez! I tend to frequent these stores often with my on-​line shopping habits but I guess I need to find another habit as this place is determined to nickel and dime me to death…
