Avoid this UPS store if at all possible. They are rude, unprofessional and slow. It’s a business and when you come to work you should present yourself as such. Wearing a night scarf on your head is unacceptable attire and if you were working in my business I would have sent you home with your attitude.

I do a lot of shipping, and this location is closest to my house, but every time I go I am greeted with horrible service. When I ask for packing supplies, to ship UPS packages, I’m told to call UPS corporate. The staff is incompetent and lack the clerical and customer service skills needed to provide an experience that will drive customers back.
I would only go this location in the case of an extreme time crunch. The poor customer service coupled with the incompetent clerical staff makes it hard to believe they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and go the UPS location on Mt Holly-​Huntersville Rd.

I just made copies. Fast, cheap, and easy. It’s clean inside and the owners were very nice. They have a large copier that can make whatever copies you need.
