I worked for Ultratan quite a few years ago… I didn’t enjoy working for them, but they are the best tanning salon to tan at. I still choose Ultratan over any other tanning salons to this day! I’ve done everything from «mom and pop» salons, to local chains, to corporate chains. I recently started tanning at a «mom and pop» tanning salon because I thought it was the only one near my house. Then I saw the Ultratan sign from the road and immediately signed up again as soon as my membership at the other place ended. I’m a platinum member and love it! But they have plenty of levels to choose from for all tanning and budget needs!

Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t accept Facebook coupon without having it printed even though site won’t let you print. Asked to speak to manager, rude girl claims she is the manager. Very unprofessional. I won’t tan here
