I have absolutely no shame in admitting I can be hard to please. Looking for the perfect wedding dress was no exception. I was looking for a very specific style and was somewhat defeated in what I had seen in other appointments prior in Charlotte. I had previously sent Amber styles I was seeking a few weeks before my appointment.
My best friend and I walked in and were first impressed by the initial view of the boutique. It’s stunning. Amber greeted us and asked lifestyle questions to understand not only me, but my relationship to my friend. She really wanted to get to know us. I am in a similar retail business and understand it’s about creating an experience. She made us feel special, and important. The way the bride should feel. And she listened and remembered the styles I previously sent to her.
To say Amber nailed it on the first try is an understatement. I looked back at the reflection in the mirror and was without words. At that moment I was able to envision my wedding! Amber, thank you for making my day perfect. You are a gem, and any bride would be lucky to have you as a part of their day.

WOW this place is beautiful! I was «chosen» to go wedding dress shopping with my best friend on Saturday. Winnie Couture was our third and last stop, and it was by far the best!
When we entered we were greeted by a very nice lady. She asked the normal bridal questions and made us feel welcome by providing champagne. Next, we walked from the front, down a hallway, and to the back where the bridal gowns were. It was amazing how the store opened up once we got back there. We looked around and immediately knew that we were going to find a dress.
However, we weren’t too sure if it would be affordable. From the looks of it, everything was luxurious and just perfect. It was very apparent that the decorations and presentation were professionally done. The coworkers were very helpful. Everything that my friend tried on, she would get compliments from them. It was hard to choose one because everything looked good on her. At one point the bride brought us to tears when she tried on the «perfect» dress.
Although she didn’t choose a dress, I am certain that we will be back with the rest of the family in the near future. We narrowed it down to three very different dresses and couldn’t be happier with the service that we received. Also, the quote of all three dress were around the same price and within the budget!

Winnie Couture was the first (and last!) appointment I had and it was such a memorable experience! I walked in a little overwhelmed and didn’t have any pictures or specific requests. Amber sat down with me and my family and took time to learn about my taste. She insisted that I try one of every style and fit so I would have no regrets. As we tried on the different dresses, she accessorized them and took my feedback to heart. I did not expect to find the dress of my dreams on the first try, and am in love with the dress I chose! Each Winnie dress is unique and handmade for each bride — you will be the only one walking down the aisle with your gown! I can’t recommend Amber enough and am so excited to walk down the aisle with my fiancé wearing the dress of my dreams. Thank you Winnie!

I cannot say enough great things about Winnie. While I ultimately didn’t end up purchasing my dress from there I was blown away with the amazing experience Lindsay created. I had no idea what style dress I was looking for and Lindsay pulled a little bit of everything and helped to guide me in the direction I was wanting to to. She was so helpful and willing to work with me on everything. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend Winnie to any bride!

I loved Winnie Couture. I saw them at the bridal show. They were having a sample sale, so I made appointment. Went in with just the intention to browse and find my style, as I am about 13 months away from my wedding date. I found a dress that I loved (second dress that I tried on). Amber was who helped me that day. She was great! This was my first time ever trying on dresses. She figured out my style really quick and picked out some great dresses for me to try on. I didn’t feel like I was being push to buy their dresses. My mother and I were very pleased with how everything was handled. I can’t wait to have my dress in! :) Best bridal shop in all of Charlotte! And ask for Amber! Although, I’m sure all the girls are great! :)

Winnie Couture is by far the best bridal salon in Charlotte. I went in yesterday and found my dream dress thanks to Amber who in about 2 minutes became a friend more than a consultant. I went in totally discouraged after searching all over Charlotte to find «the one». I told her I was lost and she just knew exactly what to do. I can’t even begin to describe the atmosphere of the salon. This place is breathtaking and nothing like any of the other bridal salons in Charlotte. Another thing I found to be so different and cool from all the rest is their website. When you make your appointment you can go on their website and browse their dresses to add to «my closet». When you get there, everything you have added to «my closet» will be hanging and waiting for you to try on. This is service like no other. If you want your bridal appointment to be an experience take my advice and go here!

Winnie Couture in Charlotte was absolutely amazing! They were friendly and informative right from the first phone call to set up an appointment. You can browse all their dresses online before the appointment and add them to your virtual closet. Your consultant will have them pulled, along with other suggestions to try. The girls there were knowledgeable and extremely attentive to make sure you have a great experience and get exactly what you’re looking for to match your style and venue. You can select the fabric, colors and customization to make the dress your own. Lindsay goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you’re looking for. They do not do on site alterations, but recommend someone familiar with their dresses. They only carry the Winnie line and all the dresses had an extra touch to make them unique. The one I selected is unlike any other I’ve seen! They provide an upscale, fun and memorable experience!
