What a horrible time I have had with this doctors office! The medical staff have been great, but the support staff are awful. In particular, the billing department is a nightmare to deal with. Here is an examples: the billing department misspelled my name on an insurance form. When I called to remedy the situation I was told that the bill is what the bill is and I had to pay it. Fortunately, after nearly 2 hours on the phone with insurance, insurance was able to «find» the claim (under the wrong name) and re-submit on behalf of the doctor.
I would steer clear of this office at all cost if I were you!
