Used to order all the time here. Last time I ordered, both pizzas had pizza sauce equivalent to water. The cheese slid right off and made a sloppy mess. Combine this with past orders decreasing in quality, we stopped going and will spend our money elsewhere.

I didn’t love it by far but I didn’t hate it. I wasn’t worth the money for sure. The chicken tenders were awful.

I have ordered pick up and delivery through Grub hub. The pizza, wings and garlic knots are our favorites. They even delivered today(day 4 of Snowzilla) with the same delivery time(an hour) as usual.

Great pizza, for a great price. Their onion rings are good too. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc I would like them to have some seating. It’s only a pick up pizza place.

All-around great pizza. They’re a small enough store to where they still pay attention to the customer, but their prices are still low enough to keep going back there. Also, for the money, you’re not going to find better pizza in Charlottesville. They also make sandwiches and such that are pretty stellar. They deliver to worksites for lunch, which is a service that I’ve definitely used more than a few times on the north side of town. If you work up that way and are feeling like a splurge on a Friday, give them a call. Their delivery personnel are always fast, and are always friendly. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for something local and just don’t feel like going to your run-of-the-mill pizza guys. try out their philly steak stuffed pizza — it’s amazing!

Very fresh and tasty. This review is based on a pepperoni slice. I recently moved to the area so I’ve been trying to find a good pizza. I’ve tried a few pizzerias in the Charlottesville area and the crust has always been disappointing — usually dry and tasteless. One even had a crust that tasted like a dry cracker. Anyway, just stopped by to try this pizzeria and had to go back and compliment them on the slice. The crust was obviously very fresh and it was very light and tasty. They told me they make the dough and sauce fresh every morning. Usually, when I’ve gotten a single slice reheated, the crust can be dry and overcooked. Not here. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price — $ 3.01(1 slice of pepperoni + 1 small soda including tax). They had a special listed for lunch — 2 slices + 1 soda for $ 2.99. I’ll definitely be back. ***FYI — this is takeout only — no seating indoors

Like the reviewer directly below, I have also experienced the horrible customer service of the management at End Zone. We moved out to the area not too long ago and was happy to find them as we love their wings and fries. Enough so, that we order them frequently. However, lately, they tend to really overcook our food to the point that it’s barely edible. So, we have started to ask them to bring up our wings and fries a little early, hoping that would fix that problem. Like I said, we really love their wings and fries and didn’t want to give them up. Well, the food was still just as overcooked. We tried a few times and no change. So, we decided maybe we need to actually go into the store and place the order as we thought maybe our request over the phone wasn’t making sense to the person taking the order or maybe he/she wasn’t passing along the message. Well that turned into the guy telling us «Well you will get your food soggy then.» No apology, no agreement to prepare our food the way we requested. Still, we tried one more time. This time we ordered delivery. The wings arrived and they were horrible — the worst they had ever been. They were so overcooked that there was barely any meat left on the bones. I tried 2 of the 10 that I ordered and I gave up. Prior to this, I had been tossing the overcooked food but today I decided no, I spend money on this and they need to make this right. So, I called and explained to the manager the condition the wings were in. I told him that we order wings from you guys all the time and we really like them. Then, I asked if the wings could be replaced. First, he told me that they usually use frozen wings and the truck had not delivered them so they were using raw wings and that was the difference. Hmmm… now wouldn’t fresh wings taste better than frozen and be harder to overcook to the point that the mean had almost disintegrated? I had a feeling he had that information reversed, but that was fine — I just wanted it fixed. So, then he implied that I should order them next week when the truck came! He didn’t apologize and he did not offer to credit me for an order«next week!» I told him no thank you, I want these made right, and that’s when he gave me the same story as the person below received — that he was so busy and it would take so long and blah, blah, blah. Now, it could be true, but I placed my order at 3 pm, which is an off time, not during lunch or dinner hour, so I have a hard time believing that he couldn’t fix the problem because he was too busy. Apparently, my frequent business means nothing to him as he’s lost this customer. :-(

While we have found the food here to be very good and have order from them several times, I just found out the customer service is horrible. Made a order for delivery, but when it came it was missing food… not to mention the person who took the order had written down the wrong address which my wife had given twice(delivery driver found us after searching for a few minutes, kudos to her, she was super sweet). Anyway, my wife had a conversation with someone(I assumed was a manager) and they would not be able to deliver the missing food for another hour since he had to close up the business and then make the deposit, the delivery driver wouldn’t be back for another 30 minutes and they would be closing. My wife expressed her disappointment because the missing food was for our 6 year old and that someone would come pick it up rather than wait so long. That someone was me. I go to End Zone and tell the gentleman that I was there for the missing pizza. He puts the two slices of cheese pizza in the oven to heat them up. At this point he tells me that they had been really busy, he had new counter people and they had been making mistakes. At this point I asked how he was going to make it right for me, and he tells me I am getting 2 slices of cheese pizza. I ask if there is no charge and he says it is already paid for. Again, I ask how he was going to make it right for me. He tells me he offered to deliver it later, to which I replied an hour later. I asked why the delivery driver(who was already back, contrary to the 30 minutes my wife was told) couldn’t have come back out… because she had a sink full of dishes to do. Not my fault or problem. He says he tried to explain to my wife about being busy, etc., and then stated that he believed she used the«f» word towards him. That is when I lost it! I listened to my wife’s half of the conversation… she never raised her voice and she never cursed at the man. He resorted to telling a complete untruth to justify his position and completely ticked me off! He finally agreed to give me a credit for 2 slices of cheese pizza… but I have no idea how I am getting the credit, all he did was take my name(and had an incorrect address for the delivery). It was 2 slices of cheese pizza which probably amounted to less than $ 5. Was it worth all this? Are we just supposed to accept poor service because you are«busy»? If you make a mistake, own up to it and make it right.

For fast, inexpensive, pizza End Zone is the place to go. I refuse to buy from the chains(Papa Johns, Little Cesars, Dominos), so I was happy to find an inexpensive local place. I especially like that they have pre-made slices like NYC(2 slices and a drink for $ 2.99), so i can run in and get slices at the last minute when the family is having a craving.

OK take-out pizza. On par with the more popular chains. Tasted like bulk shredded cheese, sauce from a can, and frozen pre-made dough.

Very good pizza at very good prices — I’m always happy with my order.
