Not the best customer service. I called in the store to order filters for my bullfrog hot tub that I bought from them brand new. Instead of them taking my order over the phone, I was instructed that I needed to go to their website and order the filters and I couldn’t understand what the website was. He could not provide a reason why I had to go to their website to order opposed to just doing the order over the phone. I asked the guy what filters I needed during our conversation and he advised me of the part number based on the fact I bought my hot tub last year. I asked if he could check my hot tub model number to ensure that it was the right filter. He was persistent that what he gave me was right. Since I couldn’t understand the website to place the order and he refused to take my order over the phone, I located another bullfrog distributor and advised them of the part number I was told I needed. After spending a hundred bucks on filters, I learned that I didn’t have the right filters when I got home. I called Envirosmarte back to explain my situation. I can’t get them to cross reference what I purchased from them to the right filters I need. I was told that since I bought this hot tub last year that I needed the filters I just bought and were proved to be wrong. Trying to explain to them that the part number they gave me doesn’t fit what I have, turned into an explanation how some years used certain filters and other years it was another filter. I’m not asking for that information, I’m just asking if they could look up my hot tub that I bought from them to ensure the right part number. Needless to say, they were not helpful. It just seems that after you buy from them they have no more use for you. I just feel like I really inconvenienced them with this matter. As of now, I need to call bull frog themselves to help me find out what filters I need. I just don’t understand how come they just won’t look at what I bought from them to ensure the right part number.
